I don't get Patrick's smooth call preflop. Patrick limped under the gun, got raised by Howard, then reraised it (which looks strong). For Howard to three bet it, knowing that Antonius' limp raise is strong, should indicate that Howard has a big hand. That, and the fact that Howard is conservative, must have tipped off Antonius to the strength of Howard's hand. So why not four bet it preflop- somewhere in the $55k range? Howard will either call or shove. If he calls, move all in on the flop.
