I've never seen this quest done at low levels. It's certainly less hassle keeping all the poor schmoes alive at this point than later, see getting butt fucked by giant Xivilai.

Lol I'm lvl 42 Spellsman (custom mage class), and I use ALOT of summons/Immolating Blast (110 fire dmg) /invisibility in Oblivion... It's kinda hard when facing 2 Xivilai at the same time though (each 1 summons 1 clannfear.. and they use absorb magic too) >_>

well i'm playing oblivion for a long time now so i'm pretty experienced but level 1 , 2 are good for this :D overall the game is easier if your lower because the enemies are getting stronger if you level up for example bandits will have shields etc when you are level 6 or something !

It is true but still it doesn't care so much and it is a logical choice because otherwise your could lvl yourself easy on lvl 1 characters with a lvl 90 character haha so if you acchieve level 2 they do aswell pretty logic, and you get stronger aswell so it stays fair! On what system do you play this?

Oh and GUYS: I carry around a torch everywhere I hold a torch and a sword when its dark. It gives a kind of Indiana Jones feel to the game ^^

1.why the hell your mate don't die?! mine dies at first 2 or 3 daedras! wtf!

2. 1:27 wtf! 3-4 hits to kill him? i need 5 mins to kill him (am i noob? O.O)

3. why when u pare u get less damage than not paring, and instead with me i get the same damage? i use short sword+shield..

It's probably bcoz u got it on hard or your your sword has low health( I KNOW, mine broke ^^) I have it on the easiest because the zombie in the first quest was scareh ^^. Also when the scamp things ready their fireball magic stuff go into SNEAK as it comes towards you go OUT of sneak and you dodge it. Awesome.I discovered it. Basically crouching then standing up. =)

well it doesnt really matter the lower your level the easier the monsters the higher the level the harder the monsters.

Y'see what you want to do is tell him to go back through the gate when you first meet him. You don't really need him for this part but he helps a fair bit in the latter part of the quest.

(This is just for those people who seem to have trouble keeping him alive. I know I did. xD)

You can easily capture it with a camera if you had a couple different kinds of av cables and some other things, it's pretty easy.
