  • @CreaturesOfWorld I'm gonna be 16 on may 12, and for the chest, i know...but it's hard to make it big without any weight and i don't have weights! :)

  • @pivotiano Just because you lift weights doesn't mean that you're going to become all bulky and unable to move. It takes years and even illegal substances to get to that level. If you are training to build an ideal body then weightlifting is a must. Furthermore, the fact that you haven't incorporated any sort of diet is slowing down your gains. I'm not being a dick, I'm giving you a slice of reality, bodyweight exercises alone are not going to be enough.

  • @matteast00949 I know tho; i'm still young and living with my parents so i can't get a specific diet if they do not want too. yeah, i'm also aware of that you don't become big without effort and so on, but by your words it looked like i HAD to become such big. i'm not looking to build an aesthetic great lean body, just a strong one to support bodyweight exercises, and by this side, yes, bodyweight without lifting IS enough. :)!

  • Your chest is flatter than shit. Your arms are skinnier than shit and the only reason your abs even show is because you have a body fat percentage of something like 4 maybe 5%. Here's a tip... spend a little more time in the gym and a little less in front of the camera.

  • @matteast00949 I suggest you read in the beginning: i did not make the video to show how big i am, just to see my progresses. i'm calisthenian, i don't want to become huge as hell and not even be able to move. I look for bodyweight exercises such as human flags, planches, levers and so on; things you can't do by simply lifting weights. Here's a tip.. watch my other video. there you can see my abs are great trained. also, spend less time hating and go to the gym achieving your goals instead. ;)

  • Hi there mate, the pits fur doesnt grow twice or thicker, it just grows, and shaving once a month keeps it short giving you the good looks for your flexing, your arms' muscles are more "viewable", when there is a bush in the pit one avoids looking at the biceps and shoulder kinda, haha I learned this the hard way! Good work mate, you've got good biceps and pecs!

  • @PartyTiger Go on and ask whatever you want then! i can tell you by now tho; about nutrition i do not have any specific one, i eat everything but i try to eat mostly good food and less sweeties :) i drink pretty much water, and i workout on alternate days fullbody. stay tunes as i will post my workout routines! ;)

  • @upiluften i'm about 1.65 cm ( 65 in ) high and i weigh around 50 kilos (110.23) not sure about calorie intake, i have no specific diet. as for the workout routines i'll be uploading some in some days :)

  • ...I just threw there the usual what one does when flexing: shaving chest and pits which gives one that extra good looks! that was all :-)))

  • @CasperBoy17 Yeah i know don't worry didn't mean to be arrogant or anything :) it's just the first flexing video i made and if i were about to shave my pits fur would grow twice after a while and i would have to shave them continuosly.. :)
