I work at McDonalds. Shittiest job ever but its a job. But besides the point. Its our standards that if we take your money when we run out of a product, we are required to give refunds if someone asks for it. So the Cashier should be written up or fired. Only Managers are allowed to give refunds because they have to type in a code in order to do it once its rang into the register. Should the lady have called 911? Probably not. Calling the main office in her area would have solved her issue lol.
