I remember being really excited about getting this phone in 2009. and now I'm really excited again because I have less than a month with this piece of crap. the facebook/internet is such a pain to use, half the time spent texting is spent deleting typos, it is archaic compared to other phones that were released around the same time a few years ago. this was marketed as the iPhone killer...what a croc. will either be getting evo 4g or the galaxy s2 if I can manage to hold out that long.

I cannot stress this enough DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!!! I have only had it for 4 days and the screen already failed on me. Sadly, I do not have insurance on it so I have to go back to my reclaim. Which makes me even more upset because I don't enjoy it. I have to now wait til October to get an upgrade. So only get this phone IF you HAVE INSURANCE ON IT. That is all I can say.

this phone is good if you dont use your cell phone alot, however, i do. mt touch screen freezes up alot. when im on the phone if i hold the phone to my head with my shoulder the pressure pushs buttons because there is no means of locking the screen while on the phone. many times when i believe i have locked the screen it doesnt lock and i end up pushing buttons and sometimes even deletes my texts in my pocket. maybe these are just isolated things that i have been unlucky enough to get

so i i went to the sprint store this morning because my blackberry curve 8330 would charge up and they said that i had to pay 120 dollars to have it replace and i had my blackberry replace so many times so i went on ebay and got the phone for 160 brandnew i was told that samsung instinct s30 is good phone and got to play with it and i love and that's why i got on ebay can't wait to get it

Thanks for the reply, well I did find out that we had the everything plan and saw the HTC Hero review as well. Soon became between that and the Moment. After much searching I went for the Hero. Here's hoping there won't be any trouble with that.

this phone is absolutely terrible at best its just over rated but in my opinon from my experiences this is the most frustrating phone i have ever had it freezes when it wants it rings a loud enough busy tone to blow an ear drum sometimes just from tryin to call someone then u have to turn it off and back on just to stop it u gotta calibrate it over and over and texting pisses me off the most its a disasterand no stylis comes with it so how do u touch the small things on the screen idk u tell me

2. You have to pay $30 more a month for the Palm Pixi's data plan
