  • Funny to think of him as "The Darkness"

  • Of course this is the song that everyone in the crowd goes crazy for... Start appreciating all there work, idiots!

  • Mike looks like Tony Stark here. Iron Man.

  • I like the fact Patton doesnt sing it the way it is on the album... It makes it more raw which is what you want when you go to a concert

  • his vocals were all over the place in 1991 also--that's how he does it

  • keybordist should not sing

  • MP's vocals are all over the place! Sounds like a drunk frat boy impressed with himself at Karaoke!

  • @Ta2dLzrd You might be mistaking MP' vocals with RB's.

  • @Ta2dLzrd He's always done his vocals like that, and it's on purpose, he makes a point of sounding distorted in most songs. He sings beautifully and hits every single note when he wants to.

  • Lol, these guys have changed their image completely since the 90s, suits, cut their hair, no more head banging... nothing wrong about it, just think its kinda funny! =)

  • @Lifeofbass thats the point dude its suppose to be funny, almost ironic, middle aged guys in suits playing this kind of music, get it?

  • @danathor99 Thanks for the enlightenment! lol... =D

  • this guitar makes my ears bleed :(

  • Sir jim Martin is still THE OG FNM!!

  • Oh gawd is this awful. They should have never reunited without Jim.

  • @ALLOFMYLOVE4U Honestly, I loved Jim, but this is still awesome either way.

  • I imagine if this guys have continued Faith no more all this years how many albums do we could have now ='(

  • I love the sharper tuning of the guitar, and the bass sounds great after 20 years.

  • this is awsome! but does anybody know what happend to the original guitarist?

  • god no offense but roddy has not aged well

  • Way to go!!! I don't know who is the bass player but he kicks ass!! Mike Paton is simply awesome and the whole band is really great

  • @sheldondoppler The bass player is Billy Gould, one of the best bass players around.

  • @Lavinia52 thak you my friend lavivia 52, I just started to follow and research billy gould, I'm also bass player and I want to get his sound

  • Patton...i love him so much...i want him to be my father...i would be proud to be his son...i will be the next Faith no More singer...and i will be original and in the style of the band...

  • We Are Back In The 90's!!!!!!Mike Patton is a GENIUS!!!!

  • this guitarist kills it for me! oh god please unplug him......you'd think after jim martin their standards would be set a little higher......

  • no offense to this guitarist, but jim martin is hard shoes to fill......get kim thayil from soundgarden.....this guy just kills it for me.....

  • i was standing just where the distant camera was, came too late to get to the front. but still awesome! :)

  • Majestetic grandezza in the end

  • Big fan of Mike Patton!

Love FNM and Bungle and Tomahawk =DDD

    he's an inspiration

  • I like how everyone looks nice and young like the old days...except bordin looks like shit...love it

  • Seems some of them haven't been interested in a good performance that time! They can (still) do much better!!

  • i think your a bit confused tone isnt character

you want tone, i like the music i listen to to be in tune it doesnt mean i want a song to sound just like it does on the cd

  • Roddy Bottum is cool too love his band imperial teen :D i like both bands

  • i wish to see them playing falling to pieces aswell!

  • faith no more rules!!!

  • Patton grew out of his The Real Thing vocal right after the album. And that's a long time ago. I don't care if he doen't nail it exactly like the album. All I need is Faith No More performing it, and it won't get any better than that. By the way.. You want it all, but you can't have it. ;)

  • @TheWhiteShaded He can still kinda do vocals like that, just not for a long period of time. I've heard him sing similarly to his The Real Thing vocals during his time with Tomahawk. So I think it's not that he can't do it just that he probably can't do it long enough, y'know what I mean?

  • @NULLcHiLD27 He's said before that he hates doing the old vocal style

  • @TheWhiteShaded Very true. You can hear Patton's vocal transition/maturation as early as the Brixton Academy record. It's just a shame that there's only one more record with Martin's fantastic guitar work after TRT.

  • @TheWhiteShaded Actually what I think it was he was being sorta' along the line's of Mosley and in the production of Angel Dust he put a bit of his Mr. Bungle influence within the lyric's and presence and made FMN the greatest band to ever evolve from the 90's

  • @BudMan3230 fat mike patton can barely move these days

  • @XxINCHAINSxX Fat? You've been seeing too many skeletons on TV these days. He's in great shape, I've seen a recent picture of him with his shirt open, flat stomach and all. Not too many men in their 40's look (and sound) as good as he does.

  • This band still sounds amazing, which is surprising since they haven't played together in over 10 years!

Only criticism I have is the keyboardist: He's great, but his backing vocals are brutal. Example, 1:05 and 1:12.

Great to see these guys back.

  • I agree about that, but I must also agree when he says he's singing THIS ONE badly... I mean, it's not bad at all, but it seems that he has no more pacience to perform "Epic".

  • You're lucky that he's still even willing to perform that tired old Epic.

  • I was there,

Itr was the best evening of the festival

I lost my festival-bracelet, but it was still the best fuckin evening of the whole year I think!!!!!!

  • 17.8.09-Prague!

  • Hell Yes!

  • Does it seem like Roddy keeps on cracking the hell out of the high notes?

  • Awesome.

  • Mike Patton! ftw!

  • Nice vid, Mike Bordin needs a makeover! Grey dreads...he isn't a Rastafarian! He looks so different from other videos where I could have sworn he was just in his early 30s (see Ozzy Osbourne - Paranoid live 2002 in Bukodan w/ Zakk Wylde and Robert Trujillo to see what I mean). Great performance of Epic though, and Mike is still a beast on the drums.

  • Great shit! Can't wait to see them in France at the end of the month!

  • i miss Jim Martin who would have thought he turned to pumpkin farming!!! soo fucking odd from being in one of the best band of all time to growing fucking pumpkins wtf

  • Classic!

  • awesome!

  • Keep these coming bro! xx
