Hey, I just viewed this video a little closer right now. First, you have the door open demonstrating this. Second, you put your left hand up with your right hand and then blocked our view with your right arm, So, as far as I'm concerned you pushed on the thumb turn, when you were blocking our view with your right arm. How come your doing this, do you have something against this lock Co. or are upset with them?
