Can someone please tell me what I can do now? I have definitely had some kind of awakening and I can activate my chakras and I can feel my pineal gland pulsating in a very extreme way. I have been practicing meditating by focusing on my breathing and blocking everything out but I feel like I need to do more but I don't know what. I know of many other people going through similar changes. Something big is happening, I swear I can feel it. I want to learn more so that I can help others too
When I was a kid I remember, very vividly, an experience where I heard someone whisper my name in my right ear as though they were standing right next to me. I was so scared! It hasn't happened since although twice I have woken up and been unable to move but can see an old lady standing near me looking down. I just closed my eyes until I could move again. @916suns Well, i learned about my telepathy & how my psychic wall interferes. When people try to contact me i get real bad pineal head aches. Its because of childhood trauma, so i went to look into the box, there was no memory, because i was abused during the brain developmental stage. So i have an overly protective psychic wall. So this does not work that well for infancy PTSD Psionics. Not that this wouldnt normally work for other Psi, I cant flashback the memory to heal in this case.
@pandasergio I have the same thing but I get it when I em waking up too and now I can stay intouned with it longer on the waking up part anyway and whin I em in a quiet place most of the time I can here voices like chating or like a TV is on with low volume. I now see faces when laying down with eyes closed. I wounderd about this all my life but never sad nothing I thought all this is normol not psychick.

I see all kinds of colors and faint images, which I think is pretty normal, but recently I've started to see bright vivid "TV" pictures when in a very relaxed state at night. Not dreams - it's like the visual part of my brain just turns on. They are still images which change quickly and it's often just some form of writing. I don't know what this means.
As for the voices, I "hear" random sentences (grammatically correct but nonsense) also. Clairaudient?
oh wow ! quick response, thanks for that ! I heard the most beautiful voice call my name once, and though it did startle me ( this happened at about 4:00AM ) I felt a warmth from it, almost like an old friend was saying hello.
And I should add, that even though some of this frightens me, I wouldn't change it. I in a way feel gifted, I know that by remaining positive, I will be protected. I am open to communication of all sort, even if I may be disturbed in my sleep.
I use a desk fan year around for cool air. well for atleast the past few years now, I have been starting to devolop claireaudience. I've heard , not with my physical ear, my name called out atleast 3 times in the past few years. The worst experience I've had was a distorted, sudden fade out of the fan's low end hum, and then it all came "wooshing" back with an amplified "garbled" / distorted male voice. It got my attention !If just recently opened up to my wife about these experiences.

Well, I do hear people talking to me standing next to me too! But they are my guides and not the gift of Clairaudient, that is psychic and telepathic hearing those standing next to us. The universal conscious energy is fond of running water, God likes things that are moving like running of things, because it is a cleansing effect, streams, water falls, oceans sounds (Largely give off the sound of God or Gods and Angel Voices) Stay away from dripping sounds that is a negative energy, Universal Light is not fond of left over drips.
OMG! I started hearing a low pitched rumble about a year ago. (Note: Doctors found nothing wrong with my ears or hearing) It sounds like a rumble with intermittent beats, almost like very low pitched Morse code. Thank you, this explains so much!!

Mine just sounds like someone standing next to me talking - like any person does.
I speak to God too and I like that He speaks back ... in His voice. Someone once asked me how did I know it was Him? We know don't we? ;) <3
When I was younger, I use to say God knows but He's not talking but NOW He's talking. Hmmm - be careful what you ask for ... right. :)
