no way... phone arena review the phone without wasting our time trying to be funny. They tell us what we need to know about the phone and move from one feature to the next with minimum fuss or stories which have no relevance to the phone.

None. This is the EU branch of Phone Arena. They don't believe in lock down over there, and I doubt that this device is coming state side. The only Omnia in the states is on Verizon in the form of the Omnia II.
