First. Glad to see you doing some vids again!

I think that both cards were solid. Maybe 7/10's?

Affliction had more to watch but there was a LOT of filler. Some didn't make sense. (Megadeth). Etc.

But Affliction was being touted as the best card of ALL TIME and I feel that although I SLIGHTLY agree based on "paper"... the even definitely fell short of greatness.

Great KO by Barnett but just and OK fight altogether.

Arlvoski and Fedor took this card from mediocre to good IMO.

Vera clinched with Reese Andy early and it was clear at that moment that with Andy's wrestling background and stance he possessed the strength of a much more powerful guy than his height/size would otherwise suggest. Andy frustrated Vera at least in the sense of not taking Veras standup skills for granted. With the cut issue it seemed like it was Veras fight to almost lose yet really Andy should be given credit for putting up all that resistance and causing much of Veras frustration.

He was supposed to fight Okami next, but Okami broke his hand. He's fighting Cote in I believe September or October. He said that he doesn't plan on making a full run in the 205 weight class because Machida is there, but we'll see him back up a few times.

Yeah Dana White needs to shut his fucking mouth when it comes to Fedor or Randy Couture for that matter. Especially Randy who was nothing but humble and respectful when I watched him. Dana White probably helped grow UFC a lot. But I think the sport needs an adult to head the sport now.

Fedor is P4P best fighter. Anderson, BJ Penn and GSP have all been defeated several times. Fedor has never been defeated. Randy Couture and Big Nog struggled with Timmy. Fedor destroyed Timmy in 36 seconds. Congratulations Dana White, you just got fucked in the ass for calling Fedor a farce.

good video. The main point is, as you keep mentioning, the sport of MMA grew tonight, and will continue to expand and evolve because of July 19th, 2008. I don't know if the WAMMA belt will stay, but that "idea" is absolutely correct, the co-promotioning and NOT the UFC way of Dana White. Silva should stay at 205, dominate, and then face Fedor. that would be the best day of an MMA fan's life.

I say they are both 1A & 1B Fedor being 28-1-1 and in some way never losing you would be hard pressed to say is isn't the best, and with all they talk of him ducking top flight competition and not having fought anyone wourth note the last couple of years tonight he made a BIF statement and made Dana White eat a lot of his word's "Fedor is a Farce" please! and with Anderson buzz sawing though everyone else also again you would be hard pressed to pick the #1 best
