She was not the first Vocaloid ever.  The English ones came first, then Meiko and Kaito... Vocaloid2 came out, and thus, we had Miku as the most popular, but she was the first created in the Vocaloid2 series, so she has a 01 on her arm.

Anyone can sing into a mic,and if they have the right program,can change it into a vocaloid's voice,or just create a song without having to sing.There is no band,and there are albums. It was all made by Yamaha.A person made and recorded this song,then used the program to change the voice,and made the video. Hatsune Mikuo is the boy version of the girl.Wiki it please.
