  • sooooooooooooooooo cute :)

  • we got our sheltie at a mennonite farm, they had about 11 different breeds of dogs living in a horse barn, all the moms were walking free around the farm with their boobys draggin. I know you should not buy these dogs, if I could have I would have bought or taken them all, I had a hard time leaving any behind, the double merle in video was a rescue but they are not good dogs to breed. the man in video is kind, and loving, he knew she would have problems and rescued her anyways.

  • my oldest sheltie, suzi, loves coffee to, so every morning i let her have some, i hold the cup and count to 10, when i say 10, she stops drinking ( reguardless of the order i count)

  • BUT DADD!!!!!

  • LOL i love how he has, "your mom has coffee," to redirect her. priceless

  • Shelties should be loved, no matter what. <3

  • Lovely sheltie there, drinking coffee must be a sheltie thing as my younger male sheltie likes a drop every morning.

  • I really really really love your video ^^ It made me smile and you have a beautiful sheltie!!!!!

  • I love this video, my sheltie loved coffee too. I should have named her Latte.

  • my sheltie loves coffee too!!!

  • I think all dogs are beautiful the way they are. So what If they are not pure breeds?

  • @veenassa it is not a case of the dog not being a pure breed, the double merle gene causes serious fault in the pups the reason you don't see so many of them is because most die at a very early age, they are lucky the dog is still ok they can have renal problems and alsorts of other complications, pretty yes healthy !! NO !!!

  • She is so adorable!!! Shelties are wonderful dogs!

  • Woow!!! Beautiful this sheltie!!!! The colour is special!!! Wonderful dog!!! Congratulations for you!!!!

  • Bless you for loving and taking good care of Snowy.

  • can I have her?

  • really funny :)

  • i really love doggies!!!! =))

  • Hats off to you for taking in Snowy. What a wonderful thing you did.

  • here is what bad breeding practices look like. Her face does not even look like a purebred collie/ sheltie should look. NO ONE should EVER breed two merles EVER. You'll end up with blind, deaf and miserable litter. "DOUBLE-MERLE"- no such thing.

  • @tati31251 I think Snowy is absolutely precious and the people who owned her before her death were precious for adopting a little double merl sheltie. They did NOT breed her, just welcomed her into their home with all the love that she deserved...

  • double merle!!!!! NOT it a white

  • shes so pretty

  • @ssips720 SHE DEAF

  • i never seena sheltie with those colors....

  • o:37 haha. her tongue is so cute.

  • wow she is the cutest thing!!!! Wonderful, cute, loving dog!!!! Great pet!!!! Wonderful life to Snowy!!! ;-))))

  • u sitting there drinking it in his face make him want some!!

  • Snowy is so precious! I love watching this video now and then...There is just something about her expressions...how old is she?

  • I feel sorry for snowy. AS she have to learn sign langauge cos she is deaf need a sign langauge for her to be able to understand everything.

  • yeah, that happens with almost all double merle shelties but they are still cute and playful

  • they are a genetic problem and people shouldn't buy them... they are the result of irresponsible breeders that have no clue what they are doing or they are actually stupid enough to breed them on purpose

  • @bradman3001

I think you mean people shouldn't breed them, but they should definately buy them. You want to leave them with their idiot breeders to take care of or left alone in a shelter?

  • @thelollypopped

if you buy them you encourage the idiot breeders

  • So cute!!

  • Double Merles are produced by two merles. I wouldn't try to breed one though, because many times they are blind, deaf, and can have internal problems.

  • lolz (L)

  • Double merle is forbidden to breed..plz do reserarch!

  • Looks like my shelties, they jump onto the table and eat when we leave the room for too long with food on the table. One even ate my homework once (it was while he was teething).

  • Snowy is a STAR!!! So darling and precious. I love watching this video and all the other ones of Snowy.

  • Oh what a beautiful double blue merle little guy... I have 3 shelties that are so fun to have around...

  • snowy is so cute!!!

  • dont you love shelties

  • Aw, she is so cute! :) I have 2 shelties, Frankie and Pyret. Looove shelties!! <3

    With love/caroline

  • I posted a video response with a video I just did of a sheltie adopted thru our organization. He was picked up by animal control after being found out in the cornfields. His family just adores him. They say that he follows them around, and is so loving. The vets say he has been blind since birth, retinal degeneration I think it was.

Adopting a dog is a wonderful thing, adopting a special needs dog is 10 times better!

  • snowy is beautiful she is a magnificent colour double merle!

  • Hilarious when they're puppies but wait till they're grown up and they just take it - I never get a full cup of tea or coffee these days!!!!!!

  • AW how cute we had a mini hotdog that loved coffee.I love your little dogie.

  • dont you mean a dachsund?

  • ok then what ever DASCHOUND or a HOTDOG what does the big deal.

  • omg you dont have to be nasty or anything i was just saying diddent u mean a daschshund?. just trying to make my point of view thats all. call the breed whatever you like i dont care!. sorry

  • That's a great video - she really wants that coffee!!!

  • de way that guy explains lol n he calls him self de dogs dad lol dats cute. i pretend my dog is my sister a.k.a (westie)

  • She is so precious. Makes me miss my parents' sheltie, aka, my little brother. I tried to take him to college with me, but my mom said no...

  • So cute!!

  • What a beautiful Sheltie. I've never seen one like that before. I had a blue merle with no brown.. they call that something but I can't remember what.

  • It's called bi-merle. Snowy is beautiful, but a puppy that gets merle-gene from both parents, can get deaf and/or blind.

  • OOh.. that's kinda sad...

  • Thank you for rescuing this precious little sheltie, Snowy! You are indeed "Sheltie Angels"

We also have a "rescued sheltie" that is loved dearly.

    Snowy you are so beautiful.

  • This is cute. I want to know does the guy do this with the dog bones and chew toys too?

  • So cute! Is she really deaf? :(

  • absolutely adorable!!!

  • This is so extremely cute. Your Snowy certainly has a lot of personality lol.

  • I gave my sheltie some coffee and he didn't stop jumping for 20 minutes!!!!!! xD

  • Thanks for sharing. So cute!

  • hhehehe snowy keeps looking at you like, "mom, help me out here!"

  • No, it's Snowys coffee :) So cute

  • hes all confuzzled. aww

  • Hi Snowy... tell your mom and Dad "Hi" for me... xoxo

  • Me too!!!

  • My dog also loves coffee!

  • what a cute doggie! i bet she gets lots of brushing!

  • i once gave my dog coffee and she went crazy!!

  • So cute!

  • Guarding your coffee from your dog...good idea!

I would never give my dog coffee...he's hyper enough as it is...dont need him awake for a week straight!

  • my dog ruthie LOVES snowy - she is hyperventilating right now!

  • Aww... how cute. :)

  • Check out my cat giving me a kiss by grabbibg my face.x

  • LOL What a sweetie. She's like, "This human is drinking my coffee, what the heck!!" Hahaha, I love it!

  • It's killing her. How cute.

  • Haha, Shes funny!

  • What is a double merle? To this dangerously informed person, he looks like a "white" Sheltie who has blue merle points - much as most "white" Collies always have a standard sable or black face, etc.

  • A double merle is the results of bad breeding practices, what can happen when you breed a merle to a merle. She is deaf, partially blind, mute, has a club foot, and other issues. But it doesn't slow her down! We found her at a rescue on petfinder.

  • God bless you for rescueing this awesome dog! She's absolutely beautiful. We also rescue animals, mainly cats and love them all.

  • Also known as a double dilute. Exactly like the owner said it is the potential outcome of a merle to merle breeding. Responsible breeders of both collies and shelties will only breed a merle to a tri. A sable bred to a merle can produce a sable-merle which is not ideal. The poor double dilute dogs typically have so many health issues. Most are blind, deaf or both!

  • !!!

  • oh, be nice... take the puppy to Starbucks and get her a puppychino for FREE!! My dogs love that stuff!! cute video

  • thanks 4 the cool video. Need 2 have a dog inside and see what happens. Got two kittens inside.

  • How cute it that! My 2 shelties love coffee too!

  • cute as a button:)

  • thats a cute pic at the end

    she is adorable

    i want her

  • Maybe she thinks it's Tea...

  • Cute! My little merle aussie boy always wants my latte's too...we always let him lick out the cup (gross, huh?! but he loves it!). Of course he gets very little actual caffeine (bad for their hearts...).

  • cofee and dog is not a god mix

  • hee hee, I like coffee too.

  • she is so cute

  • cute pup! Never heard of this breed before. are they all deaf? I had a border collie, btw. miss him a lot

    :(

  • The dogs deafness is due to genetics. The merle gene that causes lightening of the fur coat is dominant. When a dog gets two of these merle genes (termed homozygous merle)it often causes defects in hearing as well as sight.

  • (continued) not mute...she makes noises never heard before in nature:)

  • Dog people are great.

  • Awesome dog!! I have a double merle Aussie- deaf dogs rule!

  • You should put some videos up! The odd thing about Snowy is she is completely, mute, too.

  • Zelda was originally named Snowy too (it is very fitting name). I am planning on getting a video up very soon. Zelda is DEFINITELY

  • very cute just an fyi caffine causes nerve damage over time. thought you should know

  • aww what a cute dog! she's got a good home, warms my heart, thank you :)

  • cool video beautiful cool dog great one five stars.

  • I love Snowy! Your sign language is great.

  • Thank you! If you will notice, when my husband signs 'no' she looks away. That is her way of ignoring us!
