Sin embargo, a todos nos llega el momento...el fin de la historia... La Muerte. A veces pienso tanto en ello, que mi cabeza da vueltas y la ansiedad invade mi ser. Pienso en lo que sigue y no veo respuesta, veo la pelicula y me percato que la forma en la que vivimos y nos recuerdan es la clave. Aun asi estoy triste.

The movie consists of the dad's life story told in tall tales, including one where he saw his own death in a witch's glass eye. Because of that, he says he isn't going to die because "This isn't how I go". The scene you are referring to is the son telling his dad a story, in reality they haven't left the hospital room. It's a great movie. One of my favorites, you should see it.
