    Pour bloquer au niveau de l avant bras de l adversaire, comme pour tout c est de l entraînement ! Il ne s agit pas seulement d être rapide, mais d être vif, avoir une bonne notion des distances et une bonne maîtrise de la pénétration. Frapper le bras violemment inflige une vive douleur à un adversaire peu entraîné et fait gagner du temps.
