@NarlyHeights yes, it's incredibly difficult. They are doing dozens of different scratch patterns and moves, each taking years to master. Their timing is perfect. If you were to pick up a couple of turntables and a mixer, it would take you atleast 10 years of solid practice to be able to be anywhere close to this.

No, i don't really get paid that much. But i'm just a college kid who does this type of stuff as a hobby. Starting out, with some practice you could rock house parties and make $50 or so (if you're lucky, a lot of times you don't get paid). It's definitely suitable for a girl though. There aren't a lot of women DJ's out there, so i'm sure people would be more willing to hire you. You should check out a DJ by the name of DJ short-e, she has great youtube videos.
