Hey Crumb Boss!!! Love your videos!! I was wondering if you can just use rum for the alcohol. I don't have kahlua with me right now so can I just replace it with rum or another type of alcohol?
@killersunshinebunnys Yes, you can use all rum, sure. OR just use a very strong brewed coffee to replace the Kahlua. But you would be surprised at the combinations Ive seen for Tiramisu recipes, I also have a recipe that uses RUM and MARSALA....so you can play around and see whatyou like best
@umkoki Tiramisu is KNOWN for the alcohol content, not sure you would want to omit it, as then it really doesnt resemble Tiramisu at all. The main flavor comes from the coffee/rum mixture. However- if you want to try it without the alcohol I would suggest using all coffee.
