Save yourself a step in the process: Throw the cut wood into a trailer or wheelbarrow. Here's another suggestion. Instead of a flat table extension on the cutter's right, just have a drop-off that goes into a chute. That will speed the process up quite a bit because the cutter won't have to toss cut wood aside.
