O'Reilly clearly is a conservative, but there is nothing wrong with that. If you watch his interviews you can see that he treats everyone fairly.

That's not what he does. I have seen him yell at quite a few people, but I notice that it's only the people who deserve. What Bill does is he exposes people who fuck up and reams their ass. Which is good. When someone gets chewed out, there is a strong possibility that they might deserve it.

Can you then tell what gives O'reilly the right to scream at Jeremy Glick for example? He avoked both his mother and his father in the interview, he told him to keep his mouth shut, he threatned him by saying he would tear him to pieces and not only that. He claimed that Jeremy somehow stated that Bush and Bush Senior orchestrated the 9/11 attacks. What gives Bill the right to behave like that?

Have no idea. Didn't see that interview. But usually when someone gets their ass chewed out, it's usually because they deserved it.

O'Reilly certainly possesses a political perspective and yet he pretends to be objective and unbiased where others aren't. To call out others for not being straight newsmen, for mixing opinion with investigation, while he does the same is nothing short of hypocrisy.

O'Reilly isn't the worst conservative commentator out there, but he's too infatuated with his ratings and persona.

@joekiddlouischama Actually I take back what I said. He is an independent. Now the reason why his ratings are so high is because he speaks through common sense and tries to be fair. Now just keep in mind that he is not perfect, but he is better than anyone else on tv.

O'Reilly is registered as an Independent, and he's certainly more independent. flexible, and fair in his thought process than certain conservative commentators. But usually, I think that he approaches matters from a conservative perspective (which is fair enough) and that he's far harsher on the left than he is on the right.

@joekiddlouischama Yeah i agree, i think that's because he knows the media and entertainment is filled with mostly liberals so whenever someone publicly screws up and gets slammed by him for it, it will most likely be a liberal. It's really a chance kind of thing.
