The V train has been discontinued. the new M runs in its place from Metropolitan Avenue to  71street-Continental Avenue

why everytime i go past the F line i dont see it using R46s anymore it looks like all R160 all the R46s that i do see however belong to the V now...

@koolmazin Unfortunatly, the R46s are rarely seen on the F lines now. Now u got all the shitty ass new cars. And whats worse is that I have noticed so far this summer that on the new cars, the A/C doesnt work too well. So now we have shitty R160s with A/C not working too well. As far as the R46s, i think they moved most of them to the A line

I heard soon there will F trains running express between Jay Street and Neptune Ave and V will be extended to Brooklyn as local so it will run local on the Culver line and F gets to run express on the Culver line but that service change will happen until 2012 because the MTA will repair the Express tracks. G will be extended to Church Ave by end of this year (2008). You know why the mta plan this because there was a campaign for F express service in brooklyn and more than 2600sigutures.

What I saw in this video the Manhattan bound F train skipping Smith 9 street due to G.O. and that train was R46 and I saw R32 Coney Island bound F train entering Smith 9 street.The Manhattan bound F Train was running express from

Jay street to Church Avenue during due weekend G.O during that time G train was not in service to Smith 9 St so it Terminate at Hoyt Schemehorn
