@koolmazin Unfortunatly, the R46s are rarely seen on the F lines now. Now u got all the shitty ass new cars. And whats worse is that I have noticed so far this summer that on the new cars, the A/C doesnt work too well. So now we have shitty R160s with A/C not working too well. As far as the R46s, i think they moved most of them to the A line
I think that user haerd some where and he is right and I also heard that V will be extended to brooklyn and F will run express on the culver line and G will be extended to Church Ave and the I will send the source by message.
Um PHILRYABKIN that's not a bunch of crap what's he saying about the culver express service. It is ture there will be express service on the culver line because people demanded back. V will be extended to brooklyn as local and F train will run express in brooklyn and also G will be extended to Church Ave and before express service on the culver line is restored the mta rehabilitate the Culver Viaduct and I send you the source by message.
Um yes V will be extended to brooklyn and F train will run express in brooklyn because people demand it but before express service on the culver line is restored the mta rehabilitate the Culver Viaduct and when express service on the culver line is restored it will run express between jay street and Neptune Ave. smith 9th express tracks can be used and there was express service on the culver line in the past. I will send you the resource by message.
I heard soon there will F trains running express between Jay Street and Neptune Ave and V will be extended to Brooklyn as local so it will run local on the Culver line and F gets to run express on the Culver line but that service change will happen until 2012 because the MTA will repair the Express tracks. G will be extended to Church Ave by end of this year (2008). You know why the mta plan this because there was a campaign for F express service in brooklyn and more than 2600sigutures.
What I saw in this video the Manhattan bound F train skipping Smith 9 street due to G.O. and that train was R46 and I saw R32 Coney Island bound F train entering Smith 9 street. The Manhattan bound F Train was running express from
Jay street to Church Avenue during due weekend G.O during that time G train was not in service to Smith 9 St so it Terminate at Hoyt Schemehorn
You should of gotten a vid of that R32 while it came into the station.

i still don't understand why they stopped the F express in the first place
DanTheMan702 4 years ago 11
i find it very wierd that a train can operate on those express tracks bc they are so rusty bc of lack of use and sitting through the elements
DanTheMan702 4 years ago 7
