Also, check out Nick Wright on YouTube. He's about 19, also a teen bodybulder, he's entered and won several junior bodybuilding contents and I bet you two would have a lot in common.
You have a decent body, but if your goal is to compete to be Mr. O you're at least 120 pound shy of the muscle mass needed. So realistically you have a very long way to go. My advice if you really are serious join a gym where others with a similar goal work out. You can't do it on your own. You really need a trainer and good ones are expensive and in high demand. Consider entering some amateur body building contents. The fees aren't that high and you get a taste of what it like to pose/public
Keep doing what your doing buddy. You look good so far. You have the right type of body to put on muscle and have it show well so you already have an edge. To be Mr. Oly. though, you need to work REALLY hard and train harder than the person who wants it a lot too! What helps me is watching the movie Pumping Iron before most workouts and that really inspires me to give it my all!!!! Good luck to you and I look forward to watching you progress =]

You have a decent body, but if your goal is to compete to be Mr. O you're at least 120 pound shy of the muscle mass needed. So realistically you have a very long way to go. My advice if you really are serious join a gym where others with a similar goal work out. You can't do it on your own. You really need a trainer and good ones are expensive and in high demand. Consider entering some amateur body building contents. The fees aren't that high and you get a taste of what it like to pose/public

Keep doing what your doing buddy. You look good so far. You have the right type of body to put on muscle and have it show well so you already have an edge. To be Mr. Oly. though, you need to work REALLY hard and train harder than the person who wants it a lot too! What helps me is watching the movie Pumping Iron before most workouts and that really inspires me to give it my all!!!! Good luck to you and I look forward to watching you progress =]
