  • Watch out for an excessive protein diet. I know complements are not bad but if you take too many then it is wrong. Ask a professional. But a doctor and not some asshole you meet in the gym. The heart is also a muscle. If you weightlift your heart will also grow and specially if you take all those protein shakes u mentioned. Consult a professional. Heart attacks at younger ages are fatal and they are happening more and more this days. Eat healthy and keep doing exercise.

  • @cod4JAY I'd suggest, you'd wait a month or two, before trying any supplement. To start, get used to weight lifting, only take supplements when you stop noticing changes in your body and strength.

  • Bcausevic22 you are extremely uneducated in nutrition if you think eating junk food is a good source of fat, I mean obviously it is but there are GOOD fats and BAD fats. I hope you go do some research and change your diet or you'll end up 500 lbs and depending on your medical condition if you eat unhealthy foods you might not be able to burn it off. If you ate 3 mcdonalds big macs 3 large fries and 3 large cokes a day you would have to work out 12 hours of intense training to burn off just that

Bodybuilders/juiced athletes are a mere 45-55. Its not a healthy life style to focus on muscles before heart. I'd rather be around longer another 40 years than to be completely built

  • You have a decent body, but if your goal is to compete to be Mr. O you're at least 120 pound shy of the muscle mass needed. So realistically you have a very long way to go. My advice if you really are serious join a gym where others with a similar goal work out. You can't do it on your own. You really need a trainer and good ones are expensive and in high demand. Consider entering some amateur body building contents. The fees aren't that high and you get a taste of what it like to pose/public
