Some backcountry campgrounds in glacier are fenced. Perhaps that would be helpful in these areas. And pepper spray should be required & sold where backcountry permits are issued.I'm never without it.

Unique like how a whale is unique for being larger than any animal to have ever walked, flown or swam on the the earth. Unique like how fast a cheetah can run. Unique like how birds can fly. We are just merely a shade in the spectrum of biodiversity and we cannot speak for the earth as long as we only think of humans as persons with rights.
