I use to compete in C&W pro/am. I've also had private lessons with 9 x C&W dance champion Ronnie DeBennedetta, 8 x swing champs Jordan Frisbee & Tatiana Mollmann & Corky Ballas Dancing With The Stars to mention a few pros. I've also had a few lessons in lindy hop. I wanted to say that was a very good & cute routine! Would love to see more!

@peypeyneekin Frankie Manning's favorite track to Lindy Hop to was Count Basie's Shiny Stockings. The version played at his funeral and danced by hundreds of people in his honour was nice and slow - it was still swing dancing. I dance swing, attend social dances, take lessons and I teach it. There's no hard and fast rule about the speed. The music in this particular vid isn't slow. Some of the world's best swing dancers today have great routines to much slower music. It's still swing! :)

This dance is corny. If you really want to learn fun and easy swing dancing,

learn ceroc or modern jive. "dance yourself dizzy (dot) com"

@tumsabai1 You put down too many people for your dance, which isn't even danced to swing music.  Besides, you can't even find Ceroc in the US. It's all West Coast Swing or Lindy Hop.
