Correct, it could have been a mistake. However, they were showing during the 7 and 8am news hours, I called them about it, they said it couldn't get it corrected in time for the 9am news, but would have it corrected by the noon news. It wasn't corrected at the noon news, as shown in the video, or at the 6pm news. Mistake, laziness, bias, what ever you want to call it, Journalists have an obligation to present things is as correct manner as possible, using a gun image for a car accident isn't.
It's just a graphic...generic...super generic, but generic. I agree, maybe a wheel should've been used instead, but I guess the general theme is right. (meaning TROUBLE)
