This is a poor comparison and not comparing apples to apples either.
If you want the Sims, then by all means go with a PS3 and home. I never use home myself, so if I was to compare the things compared here, it would be very similar. The big question is - do you want to play or do you want to goof around in a sim like world?
I prefer to play - and either does that well. I happen to prefer my 360 due to the controller though.

Also, Xbox has gotten hacked TWICE, and both times were major, as PS3 only was down for a few days (A complete blow to people who has no life). The hack had nothing to do with the online, it's because people don't pay for online so the firewall was easier to pass by.

The xbox interface its very diferent now, and yes playstation home was a cool idea but it fails, you can do alot more thing in xbox live than plastation network, 360=Zune, ESPN, Game Room arcade, Music, Facebook, Twitter, Avatar Games, i have both consoles, and i love both, but in this case the xbox live own by far playstation network.

@MrPrototypz take it from a person who has had both of these system (me) i had ps3 and it was actualy pretty good, gaming was pretty decent,playstation home is really cool like the sims ya know? but its a matter of prefrence and opinion i mean i was a playstation kid ever since i could hold a controler so you can imagin how hard it was to switch but my friends talked me into it, i found that xbox 360 had (note this is my oppinuon) better games and a bigger online community i am proud xbox owner

i have an xbox 360 and PS3, but i have to say i like xbox live better in my opinion, i mean really i don't know about you but i'm not the type of person to waste money on virtual clothes and other crap in psn home, plus the only people i meet on their are people with no lives,pedos,freaks and attention whores, i do find some normal people on it but it's rare for me and it's so random in home, one minute you see guys hitting on girls and the next minute you see a half naked guy dancing...

Okay so in my opinion the PS3 and Xbox 360 are tied. (wii sucks ass) The PS3 has a few things that make it better and so does the Xbox. I own a PS3, but i've used the Xbox for about a year, but I don't own one. The xbox would be better though if no one had to pay for online and if there weren't so many damn hackers. But it's still a good system. But even that I still say the PS3 and Xbox 360 are tied.

The xbox interface its very diferent now, and yes playstation home was a cool idea but it fails, you can do alot more thing in xbox live than plastation network, 360=Zune, ESPN, Game Room arcade, Music, Facebook, Twitter, Avatar Games, i have both consoles, and i love both, but in this case the xbox live own by far playstation network.
