  • ugliest woman i ever saw

  • @LittleMissPhan10 that just might be because this is ballet trokadero and they're men.

  • Tis is no way a mockery of ballet these male dancers are so talented

  • lol Rothbart looks like Napoleon Dynomite...

  • I love ballet in it's purest, most classical form, but THIS I'd like to see performed live :D

  • wow the swanqueen is really into the characterr :)

  • This is really horrible. It's a mockery of ballet.

  • @rorozco181 Seriously? I myself am a ballet dancer, and this is by no means a mockery of ballet. The dancers in this group are extremely talented. You don't see a lot of male dancers en pointe. The whole point is to make fun of the traditional show. It's funny, and from personal experience I know it's a lot harder to purposely dance "badly". The show is very well done and deserves respect even. Just because it's not the typical ballet doesn't mean it's mocking it.

  • @rorozco181 Yes it's a mockery of ballet, but no way is it horrible! It's not like a bunch guys have gotten really drunk and decided to learn to put on the production....well, maybe that is what happened, but either way, this is funny, clever and full of talent....a beautiful performance!!

  • I LOVE those men in tights!!!

  • Does anyone know if there is a complete version of it here in youtube? They're GREAT, i would really like to see more of their swan lake, but i just can find three parts : |

  • jajaja los mismos pasos pero de forma parodica, interesante >_<

  • Can anybody tell me who plays Odette and the prince? All I know is the one playing Rothbart is Paul Ghiselin...

  • @capucinno85 Hey, late reply...Odette is played by Vanya Verikosa aka Brian Norris and the prince is Mikolojus Vatissnyem aka Ken Busbin - neither one is in the company anymore I think...

  • this is quite amazing

  • My feet and toes are in agony just by watching this. :P

  • I just wonder who's the choreographer? I love them!!

  • i really love action! BRAVO!

  • very nice and funny!!!!

who is the dancer that has Prince Siegfried's part?

  • Comment removed

  • i love to see swan queen's gummy smile

very very funny, and in some way, lovely

  • is the red haired swan the swans mother or something? lol

  • Thats the evil wizard who turned Odette into a swan.

  • I know it's Rothbart, but I think he's more of a dad.

  • 2:35 ahahah XD

  • chales xD el pañal bajo el tutu jajajajajajaja

  • Muuuiitoo bom, adoreei!!!

    Love it!

  • If this is female impersonation, it can't be because of tutus. Greek men wear something like that see Greek dolls on EBay. Neither sex has a basis for monopoly claim on skirts or pants. Skirts "female" come on ask any Roman soldier and BE CAREFUL how you ask him.

  • it's only good fun!

  • The DVD of the entire performance will be available on March 26th 2009

  • where will this DVD be available?

  • graceful, brilliant and hilarious!

  • Parece una película cómica muda

  • I totally agree with NytemareQueen. This company is the fusion between classical ballets and irony of talented dancers...

P.S. I hope my english is understandable...

  • I LOVE THIS! Not only is it hysterical, but it's extremely well done. Men don't normally dance en pointe, so it's very impressive to see that.

  • hahaha LOL so funny!!

im doing dis act seriously but what da hek dis video is doing hahah!! i cant imagine!!

    LOL

  • I am SO reviewing this for my dance report!

  • estuve el domindo en el principal de valencia y me encanto, son muy buenos, mucha mierda chicos

  • GREAT GREAT, i wanna see them live in Munich,Germany!!!!!

    Fantastic.

  • They are simply amazing.

  • i got the opportunity to see them live one year and it was the best thing! ive never laughed so hard! its amazing how good these men are. they're better than most women!

  • oh...my...word...i know sooo many guys who LOVE to do something like this! this is wonderful!

  • I wonder if they've done "Giselle". That would be a stitch. But this is awesome!! I've got to get the DVD.

  • bHAHAHAHAHA...that is sooo funny

    omg...hahaha

  • We can´t forget they are men dancing like woman and they are amazing performers. I saw ballerinas that don't dance as well as they do.

  • it could be more funny......

    but i liked

  • Magnificent. this ballet company gave a new dimenition to the performing arts, I love them and can never have enough of them

  • Great!

  • trockadero is a comedy group so obviously they're not doing this for pure technique, and they rotate the parts so that the best person is not always the lead. plus men are naturally less flexible than women, and im willing to bet that he hasnt been on pointe since he was 13 or 14.

anyone who talks big on youtube probably doesnt have the opportunity to brag in real life.

  • To start ballet classes is usualy aged 5 or 6 so 13 or 14 is concidered too old!!

  • One of the best ballerinas we have started when she was 13..

  • I still don't get why he dressedup in a too too and not just get a different part even IF he IS gay. these are the questions that haunt me...

  • Da dude was not SUPPOSED to go up on pointe properly! That's why the Trocks are so freaking funny! Although they are amazingly skilled dancers, they make it look like they're trying too hard. Misha, Nureyev, or Roberto Bolle most certainly had/have the feet to dance en pointe, whereas Dame Margot Fonteyn did not, but was a brilliant dancer all the same!

  • Some men have the feet. Keep in mind, some women don't have the feet for pointe work... He was sturdy, and strong. I though it was fine. As a female ballerina familiar with pointe work in Swan Lake, I thought he did fine.

  • this was awful...some guys cant go en pointe..i have really good feet so i could and have tried...but i mean...this was awful

  • Can we say "Gay"?

  • the guy is just walking, jeez

  • Thank you so much for posting! Do you have the clip where they're doing the Little Swans?

  • thats y da dude couldnet go up on pointe properly

  • although done well, it is apparant that men just aren't supposed to be doing pointe, they don't have the feet for it.

  • That's a very flawed line of logic; by most standards, a vast majority of people shouldn't be balancing on the tips of their toes since our feet were designed with a heel -> step. If women can train their feet for it, men can too. At their prime, I bet Baryshnikov, Nureyev, and Bruhn each could have snapped a brand new pointe shoe by pointing their respective feet in one.

  • that's total BS, cross training with pointework is done often in major ballet companies. do your research.

  • the trocks are an all male ballet company. they are all well trained dancers and have been going strong for about 30 years.

  • wait is the white swan a guy?!

  • this isnt even funny.

ballet is not easy at all.

  • omg that is so brilliant!

  • I love you chukufridoooooooo XDDDD

  • these guys are fantatic...more ballet satire!

  • Yes these guys are good for ballet as i think that ballet needs a lift from comady.

Grandiva are over the top as the trocks respect ballet for what it is

  • Cool! I have this on DVD...by the way does anyone know how to download a DVD on Youtube? Ive been using it just to watch videos, but now i wanna show other people the entire Le Trockadero video that i got today.

  • bellissimo...hihihi...

  • Amazing!
