  • This video is extremely helpful! I just started watching your Soukous series and it's been excellent and really informative overall. Thanks for making them and putting them online.

  • tres bone you are strongeer enough for this kind of music..... thanks

  • Très excellente vidéo. Félicitations en espérant d'autres cours. Merci

  • @alkisaka Very nice melodic playing. Thanks for sharing this. I like the interesting way you use your thumb and index fingers. You make it look so easy.lol.

You are able to get speed by going back and forth with one of the fingers like a pick.

Maybe you could talk about that a little bit.

    Really enjoyed this.

  • @ocean4315 Thanks for the feedback will consider your advice for my next bass video

  • Yes the Sebene is the dance (upbeat) portion or segment in a typical song...these days you are hearing more of a Sebene format in the whole song...

To play the fast up beat segment in solo "lead", rhythm or bass one has to start with the very simple patterns and speed them up gradually take my demo on the song Sina Makosa Demo# 4 learn the lead part...break it down play it slowly until you master it.......then speed it up ...Hope that helps..thanks for your question.
