I just watched this movie. I'm not one to even think about promoting anything no matter how much I like it but this movie was awesome. I was once a jesus freak but I realized about 10 years ago that religion is exactly what this movie makes it out to be. The trailers I saw make it out to be about how this guy used his newly invented lies to improve his life but he does so much more than that. This movie made me cry my first real, run down your cheak tears, in almost 16 years. WATCH THIS MOVIE!

I warn you; this is the worst movie I've seen in years. And I love everything Gervais has ever done- including Ghost Town. It's horribly unfunny. Save your money.

Well I disagree with this being a "truthful" movie but I do find Ricky Gervais funny. I know he's atheist, but I suppose the fact that none of the "man in the sky" scenes were in the trailer made it seem a little sneaky. I wouldn't have minded so much if I knew what it was going to be about but to have "snuck" up on me like that was a little bad taste. However if you get offended for your beliefs I don't recommend you watch this movie

Funny man Mr. Rickey Gervais is a uncoiling "complex" Comedian/Actor: I "love" his facial expressions when he goes deep into his roles. Very, enchanting to watch & Actress Ms. Jennifer Garner can be a twister as well/very beautiful/charismactic lady. Both actors proberly had each other in funny-bone stitches. Intriqueing, I like them both.
