thanks for the informative video its good to have the infos, pros,cons with the workouts as well unlike the others where they just push some exercises without giving proper info expecting the viewer to take proper form thats where it goes wrong whether be it getting injured/fatigued earlier,unable to do the full set, soreness etc so more the info the better plz make more vids

Actually, Futurefighter, i guess you could say anything is better than just sitting on the couch, but if you know anything about exercise, you would know that something like Pullups, heavy bent over rows, high pulls does a hell of a lot more for the metabolism than doing a pullover lying down on a comfortable bench with a dumbbell.

Recently I have found by far the best, most economical help ever. Going through this simple routine every morning has changed my life drastically for the better.
I need to work my back muscles because I do parkour and there's a bone in my back that smacks concrete hard when I roll. so I need to work muscles so they'll cover that bone.
i always do tht first excersise wrong, works my triceps more than any other muscles, i kow thts bescause im bending my arms at the elbow joint too much, but most of the reps i dont at all, and it still works them more...
Your pussy does get a good contraction while performing that exercise! I had to listen twice but after trying it... It is now in my who ha exercises!!
When i go for the bent over rows demonstrated here, I seem to have the strain localised in my shoulders rather than in the back muscles. I am assuming my technique is wrong. Perhaps I am pulling vertically instead of to the hips like he does here... any takers? Can anyone offer advice?
hey everybody, if you dont have an adjustable bench or a pullup bar, then you obviously have one of these benches that i happen to be sitting on right now, if not you can go and buy one off of ebay for about 50 quid, then go and pick it up from somewhere awkward at the other end of the country because the seller is too lazy to bring it down to you or send it by courier.

I prefer these exercise almost everytime I do back workouts......only... I rather include a lateral raises into a shoulder workout routine - for rear heads ..but..finaly, guy, who knows how to workout..thumbs up

hi, I can do about 2 pull ups now. If I start doing these exercises about 4 times a week, with medium-high intensity, how long do you think it will take me to be able to do 10 or so pullups?

actually he is kinda right... these kinda suck for back exercises, just get bands and simulate pull ups. and I actually use turbulence training so I'm not just a hater, but yeah...
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! I have scoliosis and although they said it would not change much after 18 years old, I find it very painful at times. The top curve appears to be getting worse, even at age 28, but with these excercises I should be able to keep the pain at bay and maybe even keep it from getting worse at least in my upper curve. Thank you for this very specific video on upper back work out/excercises.

actually he is kinda right... these kinda suck for back exercises, just get bands and simulate pull ups. and I actually use turbulence training so I'm not just a hater, but yeah...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! I have scoliosis and although they said it would not change much after 18 years old, I find it very painful at times. The top curve appears to be getting worse, even at age 28, but with these excercises I should be able to keep the pain at bay and maybe even keep it from getting worse at least in my upper curve. Thank you for this very specific video on upper back work out/excercises.

if u dont have a bench or heavy weight..just go out for a walk and find a good tree dat u can do pullups and chinups do dat or u can go to walmart and buy a 10$ chinup/pullup bar...
