I've had this phone for 2 weeks. I have NEVER dropped it. I got it for free and now I know why it was free. When ever I close/open the keyboard not soft enough it locks (screen turns black with verizon logo). Just recently, (TODAY) when ever i press reply, to reply for a text it locks. This phone is horrible. Not complaining about the money, but I wouldn't request this phone.
@lnchs1994 You can probably return it. You usually get a 30 day trial period with a new phone. I would trade it in if it's already causing you problems!
Another option would be to try a software update - those sometimes fix the kinds of problems you are describing.

i have this phone its a waste of money , my boyfriend calls me and it will be a busy signal even when im not on the phone .. it also freezes up and when i was on the phone earlier tonight with my boyfriend it randomly went silent and i looked at the screen and it was frozen then when i pressed the off key it went all blurry and looked like it had been dropped or landed in water then when i pulled the battery out and put in back in it would not turn on i had to plug it in at home before it worked
Well, I think it's worth the moneyy. It's been my faviort phone soo far. And i would suggest, If you dont want it to brake easy. To get a caseee. And also i think the camara is pretty good, It's not as great as the En V 3 Butt its desent, So i would suggest you get this phonee. :]

you can change the settings so the keypad/keyboard keys don't make any sound while txting. you could also just put the phone in vibrate or all sounds off modes...
@MaggieAnnL i just got it and its a very fun and easy phone to use, but when it comes to service it sux. Also with Motorolas is that the battery starts to go, so yeah. in my opinion i reccomend it. but i've only had it for about 2 days.
