You can simply make that 'T' brush. Make a 80 x 80 px canvas. Pick the 'letter' tool, Put a capitalized 'T', size it how you want, then

edit>define brush preset>brushname(any name for the brush). Wal ah. You now have a 'T' brush you can use.
