So because I feel the art style is bad, I'm racist? Im sorry but when I see batman is this huge hulking figure that can be compared to superman, I have a problem with the art style. It's also to flashy for me, I always prefer much darker and gritter style, which I just fail to find in Japanese art. I'm sorry if i came off as racist, I should of worded it better, my feelings towards this have nothing to do with the people, just the art style.

@TheNexus18 Maybe its just me but I always felt anime was flashy. It really comes from perspective, I've read a lot of batman books, and I mean a lot, and I'm very used to total darkness, even in the day scenes their is very little light. To me anime isn't the style that is able to capture that essence. Again it may just be me, but I always felt no matter how dark the story, anime was always presented in a much lighter tone compared to some western style movies.

@tokoat983 Oh. Sorry for my rude comment. I read a book about Japanese Americans facing racist troubles back in WW2 from the US. The US always pissed me off and i guess it got to me today because I finished the book. Sorry again. I hate racism

anime geared towards adults are generally much grittier and darker than western animation for adults. i don't like even anime that much, but i've seen this to be true.

i really wanted to like this, believe me. Some parts were just too slow and i was like when's the action coming. And then when it got good it just ended out of nowhere.
