son unos bailarines de la ostia, y estubve leyendo algunos comentarios y es verdad que javier es un bailarin exelente,pero en lo que es vals criollo no hay como el tete, hasta ahora no vi bailar el vals a nadie tan bien, y quieren descubrir al proximo mejor bailarin del mundo? observen bailar al sobrino de tete, tiene una musicalidad y un estilo tan personal que me sorprendio se llama jorge llado, tome clases con el y quede muy contento, suerte y gracias por permitir mi comentario

Coincido completamente con "Anmaqua" . Pero a la vez , no me gusta criticar a otro "colega" de la danza del tango. Hay unos y hay otros , solo eso y nada mas , lo importante es que todos lo bailamos-tocamos-escuchamos. No me dejo llevar por quien es mejor o peor , todos lo estamos dispersando por el mundo y eso es lo que cuenta. Sigamos la cadena!

el vals criollo es el que se baila en tres tiempos y con pasos de "vals" generalmente lo bailan bien los viejos, aca ya se perdio, los tangueros bailan un tango con musica de vals. los que todavia bailan algo parecido son los peruanos aunque no es muy lindo. podes buscar en esta misma pagina. saludos!

Some milongueros dislike bailarines that raise their legs during the giros and it happens to Julio. That doesn't bug me though because of his intense connection with Corina. About musicality, the thing is both are ''en el compás'' and make this fabulous tema a treat for the eye and the ear. Besides, Chicho is a musician and a visual artist, which can be part of his success as a dancer. Javier R. masters composite rythms but with a jazzy sense of the blue note. But what about R. Herrera?

Javier doesn't dance vals... I recall only one video of him doing so. But he doesn't enjoy vals as he thinks it is kind of too sweet... Not enough spice!

This style of dances resembles the active meditation: dancers are in relaxation and in acceptance, it is total submerged in the music and the motion, they effuse the aroma of bliss from the dances!

I personally like Javier's style far better than this couple. They hop too much. I thought it was because they were dacing valz, but after I saw their other dancings too, I found that they were hoping not because they chose to but because that's the way they are. Nothing elegant about hoping that makes the dance look rushed... regardless, I think they are very decent.

I have to say I like this couple more than Javier and his partner...though this couple doesn't do all the footwork, you can tell that the pleasure to dance is more the point than simply nailing the footwork. Javier and his partner and VERY good though...but this couple doesnt need all the footwork. Different things for different people I guess :-)

I love Javier's musicality as well... I don' t think I can say whether one is better than the other. I don't have a "musicality-o-meter" to compare them. I just can say I love all those great dancers for their unique musicality.
