Morotedori Waza are some of the most advanced expressions of Aiki;

if you imagine the greatest possible resistance against which to prove that you have internalized the angles and insights of AIkido, this two against one hold has got to be it. When you are restrained thus it is easy to freeze, so for the advanced Aikidoka these techniques are critical, which I think is why Saito Sensei puts them all together here.
