If you listen to Trent's lyrics, a lot of the time he likes to try to speak from the perspective of the people he's criticizing. It's affective in really showing how shallow his detractors are. This song is really humanizing on his part, and points out that people seem to forget he's a person. I love this song. I wish they'd pinned it onto the end of The Slip as it kind of fits the theme, and I guess that's going to be his last album for a while.

Why everywhere I look for a download of this song online via torrents, websites, whatever, there is an audio skip at the 1:57 mark? Besides that little annoyance, it's an awesome song, I hope they play it live during the North American Tour this summer. Trent's been known to surprise his fans from time to time. Moreover, I wish they didn't scrap it from the "With Teeth" album, it's along the vein of "Getting Smaller" Oh well, maybe it'll come out in a studio version on a future release.
