Oh, how sad. All of my life I have assumed the government provides guide dogs to all blind people.

Guiding Eyes IS AWESOME. The dogs are well loved by volunteer puppy raisers, the Guiding Eyes staff during the dog's harness training period and ultimately by a thankful visually impaired person. It's great to see the dogs so happy and enjoying each minute of the day, whether working as a guide, playing, getting a massage. What a wonderful opportunity!
