People have to put their cell phone videos on, and get things on video. We're talking about Chief Miller... I mean Blair. The man is a lying snake who has suppressed the truth more than once in his career, including lately by silencing police officers, even police chiefs, who wanted to speak in support of Bill C-391.
And seeing how Miller is rubbing off on him, there's no way he'd explain himself to us "little people"...
It certainly seems like a case of textbook excessive force at the very least or flat out murder at worst. If nothing else, a serious and independent investigation needs to be made into this. These things should not be swept under the rug. Those responsible need to be held accountable if/when wrongdoing is determined.
