I love all ur music because it creates the desired emotion for wat its reprensenting espically the new vegeta theme. While this theme is amazing it sounds a bit dark for a (my personal opinoin) ssj5 theme
@asdfjkc Sweet, a negative comment! Yeah, if I was to go for full Faulconer Productions sound I'd ditch the real guitars and use synth instead. I threw in some more modern drum sounds as well which give it a bigger sound. But yeah I could see how you'd equate it with the Menza score which uses a lot of real guitar. Check out the 2nd half of "DBZ Music, the Lost Credits" for something heavy in "DBZ" synth guitar. "Third Power" features that famous guitar lead synth from the SSJ3 theme.
SSJ4 Broku. Broly and Goku forced to Potara fuse. With Broly's already unstable psyche sharing thoughts with the source of his rage.... i doubt they'd need to hit SSJ4 to be unstoppable.
I have a feeling that someone is going to pick up the series back up sooner or later. You have made this theme, and by doing so, is going against the fact that the series has been done with long ago. Someone is bound to be heavily fueled by your "what if" theme, and will, if not already, working on an unofficial Dragon Ball AF, professionally made, not some lame flash animation crap that most put on youtube lol.
@TheEnigmaTNG I Hope somebody does, dragonball is my faviroute anime/manga series, people watch it then watch it and eventually you want to find out what happens next, more super saiyans or different transformations and different planets, new characters, it will take a long time but we should get another series. Akira Toriyama, after you have finished what you are making, please create a new series!
Wow, I mean wow! This is the epitemy of awesomeness! You did an amazing job at creating a piece that fits perfectly in Dragon Ball Z. I believe that if there was a song to be the musical charaterization of rage, this would be it. I must have listened to this about 20 times the first day I found this. Yeah, it is just that awesome.
I know people are saying it sounds a tad bit evil but...think about it. Every transformation becomes considerably more primal so by SSJ5 im amazed that any Saiyan wouldnt just enter a total bloodlust 0.o

@hydrotag The creator of the series moved on long ago. He's doing some video game projects with it though. I believe he worked on the upcoming (or out already? MMORPG based on DB. Search up on the history of Dragonball. You'll see it was finished in Japan ages ago. It actually had a very long lifespan compared to most anime. Then you have the recent revamp of Kai, which is interesting.
@M0rganstudios Alright thanks for the info; it would be great if the series did continue btw yor music should have been in the American Funimation version of DBZ Kai because it would make the show much more exciting as it was back in the '90s - 2002 especially Way of the Mystic, that one and this one is is a personal fav. @JediBen16 i find ssj4 gogeta to very debateable on what he actually is because he looks like he ascended ssj4 (only like mssj is ascended ssj1) because he has red hair and his aura is also very different to a ssj4's aura but iv always thought hed be stronger then a ssj5 i mean look at vegito he easily ascended ssj3 without even going ssj

Awesome! I don't know why, but this feels like it could be a Freeza theme. Actually, it'd be pretty cool to see what you could come up with for Freeza. Unless, you were completely responsible for the Freeza theme(s) in the Falcouner score.
Although I'd take one thing from the Kai theme for him, the chanting choir.
@SSJ4Furatman The Frieza theme had already been established after I got to the studio. I thought the backwards Jaws theme worked really well though :)

I beleive it should have stoped at ss3. mostly because when you watch Goku go ss3 the whole Earth begins to shake. Which means it cant take all of his power, so going ss4; as cool as it looks would destroy the Earth. So even the idea of ss5 or anything higher is just insane.
@Renma2010, you'd probably have to go into space to become a SSJ5+ safely without destroying a planet. Of course, you could form a black hole with all that energy, THAT would be even more dangerous.......
@PhoenixShadow000 i think in dbz the ammount of energy doesnt refelct on how destructive it is because if it did simply being a ssj3 would destroy a planet considering freiza could destroy a planet with 1 finger in his 1st form and vegeta in the saiyan saga if you count non canon, iv come to think its controlled and compressed energy so it does more damage to a small target
@PhoenixShadow000 A black hole is formed by gravity being pulled inwards........and energy pushs things outwards.. then again you could be talking about the condensation or maybe you got no idea what the hell im talking about.
after ssj3 these tranformations were crazy. so in dbz gotenks and goku couldn't hold a ssj3 form for as long as they needed without losing energy. but vegeta and goku could hold ssj4 easily. ssj5 should just be like a new thing but should get a new show. but then how could they do that evryone was prob dead besides goku cause he was training. everytime they try to get rid of goku you always see him come back saving the world again.
I like the dark theme cause i heard once a saiyan goes past ss4 they become sort of bad just because its hard to control the amount of power they have. I mean goku looked kinda evil in ss4 and vegeta....well vegeta looks evil all the time lol.
Sounds more like the theme of a legendary super saiyan. Gives you that whole "Oh my GOD! It's THE Legendary Super Saiyan! We're doomed! *kills self to save self*"
@TourettesSomething I disagree. As intimidating as this may be, and with Broly only having power merely equivalent to a super saiyan of a 1.8 -- this jaw dropping music does not fit. Broly's power level can be fathomed; SSJ5 cannot be fathomable.
@kaberichatterjee1 :) haha yeah Cubase5, but with lots of plugins, some external synths, and real guitar. Some of the plugins were Kontakt, Play, Storm Drums II, EWQLSO Gold, Artist Drums, Reaktor 5(for the vocoder), Voxengo's Elephant (mastering compression), and err. Oh I probably mastered it in Wavelab. The DBZ synths I can't really talk about or I might get sued....otherwise I would.

Yeah.. I actualy liked GT.. Im not sure why other people didn't, it was really good to me. My sister and me cried at the end of the Series, actually. xD
@UnforsakenXII i have to agree with the crying part. it was very emotional and very well done. but i diddnt like the rest of GT. i found in dragonball z attacks and powers were clear. in GT i diddnt know where any character stood on the power chart. and the story was a bit cack
Thats also true, But to tell the truth I saw GT before Z.... I was born during the time GT just came out. xD So.... Yeah... I got addicted to Z fast, but I was like wtf when I saw ss1, 2, and 3 So.. yeah. But eventually I got a hold of the storyline. But your right, it is pretty much overpowered.
@UnforsakenXII oh yeah i was born in 1990 and watched dbz as it was released onto toonami. so i watched before i even knew what a super saiyan was and so had the fresh goosebumps everytime something new or epic came along. i kinda feel for you having watched them go super saiyan and supersaiyan 4 before even seeing how it all originated
@afropunkx well its something like this. ssj4 gogeta > omega shenron > ssj4 goku and vegeta > super 17 > golden great ape baby > rest of the shadow dragons > baby vegeta > majuub > ssj2 vegeta > gohan > trunks > goten > pan. but pan is by no means weak. shes above android 18 but maybe less than ascended ssj vegeta.
@054martinm well the 'rest of the shadow dragons' being stronger than baby vegeta is debatable. keep in mind goku beat most of them without being supersaiyan... and i think pan is probably around equal to android 18. and gohan being weaker than ssj vegeta is debatable depending on what saga. if you are talking about pure GT then yes very true. but gohan at mystic would take a shit on vegeta ssj2
@afropunkx ok maybe not the first four. but nova and eis, i think. thats probably a good place to put pan. gohan is only stronger than vegeta twice i think. cell games to sometime before great saiyaman, and from when gohan gets mystic to when he loses it from not training in gt. then again gohan isnt a smart fighter. vegeta could well win if he fights dirty.

@afropunkx no. what did he ever do that was smart? vegeta has been shown to be a tactical genius and a genius when coming up with moves. what did gohan ever do that wasnt just some generic punch/kick/kamehameha/masenko? also hes very sloppy and unfocused most of the time. even in mystic, he made several terribly stupid mistakes. buu saga gohan = fail. even ssj2 gohan was pretty dumb with not finishing cell, and was also about to let everyone on earth die just to be with his dead dad.
@054martinm vegetas pride has always be his downfall. ifhe incounters someone stronger than him such as cell he just goes into either baserker mode, also vegeta was very foolish in the cell saga too, he could have stopped perfect cell from ever existing. or he kills himself. gohans fight with superbuu was played fairly smart. i dont think anyone saw gotenks getting absorbed coming.. he could have easily finished buu. the only time vegeta gets stronger than mystic is when he goes ssj4
@afropunkx thats cell saga. vegeta being an assj swelled his ego. he was a lot calmer and smarter when he knew he wasnt the strongest (ginyu force, frieza, kid buu). how is being confident foolish? if cell's power increase wasnt very much, everyone would be like good job vegeta. last i checked hes not perfect. he made a miscalcuation because of his saiyan desire of a challenge. goku would have done the same damn thing. did you really think when cell was introduced he wouldnt become perfect?

@054martinm umm yes he was angry about the loss of everyone he cared about. but if you watch the fight closely it wasnt completely even. gohan was on the defensive the majority of the time until buus power finally overcame him. and the fact buu is a peice of gum is irrelivant. everycharacter had trouble with him vegeta even commited suicide for no reason trying to kill him in his WEAKER form. and you cant say that about him beating him for 10 minutes when vegeta and goku have done the same...

@afropunkx potential doesnt mean shit if you dont know how to use it. gohan is the perfect example. goku has spirit bomb, kaioken, dragon fist, IT, all the techniques he learned in dragon ball, various versions of kamehameha (foot, super, warp), other various moves, tricks and maeouvres. gohan has kamehameha, masenko, generic blast, generic punch and generic kick. he knows the basics, thats it. i dont mean straight away. but at least in 5 minutes and actually taking it seriously.
@afropunkx goku had an excuse. hes a full blooded saiyan and was almost letting himself be controlled by his furious rage at frieza. the love of a good fight caused him to stretch it out, but also for other reasons. gohan had the excuse of anger altering his judgement in the cell fight. but NO EXCUSE FOR BUU. goku vs frieza was goku's longest and hardest fight. gohan just beat buu around. buu couldnt even land a hit. there was no excuse other than toriyama willing it be so.

EVEN BROLY can figure that out. bring something new and not obvious to the table and i might talk nicely. but the fact is that pure power cant win fights. vegeta would find some way to gain the advantage. maybe he will use mind games on gohan's weak confidence. maybe he will fight dirty and final flash when gohan isnt looking.

there was a decision Goku is stronger. GT was bull (although it was fun sometimes) cause it was fan made it's like AF but for some reason it's counted. Anyway towards the end of DBZ wen Goku is battling Kid Buu if you remember Vegeta finally lets his pride go and admits that without a doubt, Goku is the strongest.
I really don't think vegeta could even if he was at the same level. As you've seen throughout all of DBZ is that Goku has always had the heart, belief and willpower to win when no one else could and vegeta just doesn't have that I don't think.
I think it would be close but without the help of Babidi's magic he is no match for Goku. He was overpowered because of Babidi when Goku faught him and they were both SSJ2. Dead even match. So without the 20% or so boost in power Vegeta would not stand a chance vs. Goku.
@Godzilla1282 goku was holding back, he had ascended to a new level called ssj3. vegeta himself says how humiliated he was when he found out about goku's ssj3 in the other world.
Well fan-made is the wrong word. The ideas for it were from fans not Toei or Akira. Akira just approved it and Toei produced, however little to no effort was put into the actual storyline by either of them. So yea it's not fan-made, it was just fan-thought I guess you could call it.
Very powerful song, perfect length too, nice job. When I listen to this, it makes me feel very serious and like I am in one of those epic dragonball moments. That's why my comment is so serious >:-(
@xL717 the idea behind the ssj4 as a whole new line was a good and fairly original one, abit full of plot holes (like raditz should also have the capability of becoming a ss4 >_> it never mentiones you need to have ss3 first)
the execution of GT however was awfull, it became a very very weak energy beam/blast spam fest, too bright colors and downright sucky animation/plot
@behemuth actually you can do ssj4 if you have ssj1 AND a tail AND a moon AND a clear calm mind while in oozaru. no one met those requirements until goku and vegeta. raditz cant do it. we know you dont need ssj3 as vegeta as able to do it.

@JediBen16 i find ssj4 gogeta to very debateable on what he actually is because he looks like he ascended ssj4 (only like mssj is ascended ssj1) because he has red hair and his aura is also very different to a ssj4's aura but iv always thought hed be stronger then a ssj5 i mean look at vegito he easily ascended ssj3 without even going ssj

Awesome! I don't know why, but this feels like it could be a Freeza theme. Actually, it'd be pretty cool to see what you could come up with for Freeza. Unless, you were completely responsible for the Freeza theme(s) in the Falcouner score.
Although I'd take one thing from the Kai theme for him, the chanting choir.

I beleive it should have stoped at ss3. mostly because when you watch Goku go ss3 the whole Earth begins to shake. Which means it cant take all of his power, so going ss4; as cool as it looks would destroy the Earth. So even the idea of ss5 or anything higher is just insane.

after ssj3 these tranformations were crazy. so in dbz gotenks and goku couldn't hold a ssj3 form for as long as they needed without losing energy. but vegeta and goku could hold ssj4 easily. ssj5 should just be like a new thing but should get a new show. but then how could they do that evryone was prob dead besides goku cause he was training. everytime they try to get rid of goku you always see him come back saving the world again.

@kaberichatterjee1 :) haha yeah Cubase5, but with lots of plugins, some external synths, and real guitar. Some of the plugins were Kontakt, Play, Storm Drums II, EWQLSO Gold, Artist Drums, Reaktor 5(for the vocoder), Voxengo's Elephant (mastering compression), and err. Oh I probably mastered it in Wavelab. The DBZ synths I can't really talk about or I might get sued....otherwise I would.

Thats also true, But to tell the truth I saw GT before Z.... I was born during the time GT just came out. xD So.... Yeah... I got addicted to Z fast, but I was like wtf when I saw ss1, 2, and 3 So.. yeah. But eventually I got a hold of the storyline. But your right, it is pretty much overpowered.

@afropunkx well its something like this. ssj4 gogeta > omega shenron > ssj4 goku and vegeta > super 17 > golden great ape baby > rest of the shadow dragons > baby vegeta > majuub > ssj2 vegeta > gohan > trunks > goten > pan. but pan is by no means weak. shes above android 18 but maybe less than ascended ssj vegeta.

@054martinm well the 'rest of the shadow dragons' being stronger than baby vegeta is debatable. keep in mind goku beat most of them without being supersaiyan... and i think pan is probably around equal to android 18. and gohan being weaker than ssj vegeta is debatable depending on what saga. if you are talking about pure GT then yes very true. but gohan at mystic would take a shit on vegeta ssj2

@afropunkx ok maybe not the first four. but nova and eis, i think. thats probably a good place to put pan. gohan is only stronger than vegeta twice i think. cell games to sometime before great saiyaman, and from when gohan gets mystic to when he loses it from not training in gt. then again gohan isnt a smart fighter. vegeta could well win if he fights dirty.

@afropunkx no. what did he ever do that was smart? vegeta has been shown to be a tactical genius and a genius when coming up with moves. what did gohan ever do that wasnt just some generic punch/kick/kamehameha/masenko? also hes very sloppy and unfocused most of the time. even in mystic, he made several terribly stupid mistakes. buu saga gohan = fail. even ssj2 gohan was pretty dumb with not finishing cell, and was also about to let everyone on earth die just to be with his dead dad.

@054martinm vegetas pride has always be his downfall. ifhe incounters someone stronger than him such as cell he just goes into either baserker mode, also vegeta was very foolish in the cell saga too, he could have stopped perfect cell from ever existing. or he kills himself. gohans fight with superbuu was played fairly smart. i dont think anyone saw gotenks getting absorbed coming.. he could have easily finished buu. the only time vegeta gets stronger than mystic is when he goes ssj4

@afropunkx thats cell saga. vegeta being an assj swelled his ego. he was a lot calmer and smarter when he knew he wasnt the strongest (ginyu force, frieza, kid buu). how is being confident foolish? if cell's power increase wasnt very much, everyone would be like good job vegeta. last i checked hes not perfect. he made a miscalcuation because of his saiyan desire of a challenge. goku would have done the same damn thing. did you really think when cell was introduced he wouldnt become perfect?

@054martinm umm yes he was angry about the loss of everyone he cared about. but if you watch the fight closely it wasnt completely even. gohan was on the defensive the majority of the time until buus power finally overcame him. and the fact buu is a peice of gum is irrelivant. everycharacter had trouble with him vegeta even commited suicide for no reason trying to kill him in his WEAKER form. and you cant say that about him beating him for 10 minutes when vegeta and goku have done the same...

@054martinm gohan has never been a fighter but has always had potential.. goku has what a kamehameha and spirit bomb and maybe a few others . gohan has kamehameha and masenko and i think one or two more. but the more you argue the more it makes it clear that it is just a TV show and the main reasons gohan doesnt finish his enemies off with his amazing power straight away is for dramatic effect. enough said really. look how long gokus first supersaiyan fight lasted even tho he was stronger..

@afropunkx potential doesnt mean shit if you dont know how to use it. gohan is the perfect example. goku has spirit bomb, kaioken, dragon fist, IT, all the techniques he learned in dragon ball, various versions of kamehameha (foot, super, warp), other various moves, tricks and maeouvres. gohan has kamehameha, masenko, generic blast, generic punch and generic kick. he knows the basics, thats it. i dont mean straight away. but at least in 5 minutes and actually taking it seriously.

@afropunkx goku had an excuse. hes a full blooded saiyan and was almost letting himself be controlled by his furious rage at frieza. the love of a good fight caused him to stretch it out, but also for other reasons. gohan had the excuse of anger altering his judgement in the cell fight. but NO EXCUSE FOR BUU. goku vs frieza was goku's longest and hardest fight. gohan just beat buu around. buu couldnt even land a hit. there was no excuse other than toriyama willing it be so.

there was a decision Goku is stronger. GT was bull (although it was fun sometimes) cause it was fan made it's like AF but for some reason it's counted. Anyway towards the end of DBZ wen Goku is battling Kid Buu if you remember Vegeta finally lets his pride go and admits that without a doubt, Goku is the strongest.

I think it would be close but without the help of Babidi's magic he is no match for Goku. He was overpowered because of Babidi when Goku faught him and they were both SSJ2. Dead even match. So without the 20% or so boost in power Vegeta would not stand a chance vs. Goku.

Well fan-made is the wrong word. The ideas for it were from fans not Toei or Akira. Akira just approved it and Toei produced, however little to no effort was put into the actual storyline by either of them. So yea it's not fan-made, it was just fan-thought I guess you could call it.

@xL717 the idea behind the ssj4 as a whole new line was a good and fairly original one, abit full of plot holes (like raditz should also have the capability of becoming a ss4 >_> it never mentiones you need to have ss3 first)
the execution of GT however was awfull, it became a very very weak energy beam/blast spam fest, too bright colors and downright sucky animation/plot

@behemuth actually you can do ssj4 if you have ssj1 AND a tail AND a moon AND a clear calm mind while in oozaru. no one met those requirements until goku and vegeta. raditz cant do it. we know you dont need ssj3 as vegeta as able to do it.
