  • theres a learning curve for Jimmer right now. Its def hard going from a superstar @ BYU to a bench player with the Kings. Hes not playing with complete confidence right now but when his shot is droppin hes among the best in the league. Theres a lot of big name players I can name right now who it took 2-3 years for the them to fully develop. Jimmer needs to work on his all around game (assists, rebounds) to be more valuable on the court

  • Jimmer is avoiding taking the ball to the rim so much....he always floats it off the glass... learn from Isaiah, finish better with contact..

  • @l23cb4 Agreed. Jimmer needs to learn how to take the contact. He is working on his game though. I've noticed he's doing a better job of keeping his dribble alive and pressing the ball up the court.

  • @FavreianVengeance Thats true. Its good improvement. But sometimes, its similar to how calderon is, where he does keep the dribble alive, but he flushes out at least 10-12 seconds off the shot clock which i think is an issue. He's too used to that @ BYU where he makes those shot clock buzzer beaters and stuff. I really hope he can develop better into a mike bibby type of player. If he does, it'll be a great story for him

  • @l23cb4 The timing is easy to fix. The problem right now is that he isn't dribbling with confidence. That's really on the Kings though. They draft him high but then yank him any time he makes a mistake so he's playing timid. The Kings wanted ticket sales, not him. He needed to go to a team that was going to give him 30 minutes a game like his skill set deserves.

  • @FavreianVengeance Thats true. And plus, Sac Town isn't really the place for him. No disrespect to Marcus, Demarcus, and Tyreke, but they're a lot more ball dominant and less team oriented which is becoming disastrous for Jimmer. Good team or bad team doesn't matter. As long as jimmer lands in a situation where he's able to maybe start couple games or come off the bench and be instantaneous offense. In all honesty there's is horrible flow in Sacramento

  • @l23cb4 I have plenty of disrespect for Thornton, Cousins and Evans. They're all ball hogging immature bitches and there's a reason that they lose night in and night out. Even when they peak they'll be nothing more than an 7 or 8 seed at best. If the Kings mgmt had any brains they'd realize that and start over. They're brainwashing themselves on the premise that they're young. They need to keep with character guys like Thomas, Fredette, Thompson, Honeycutt and future solid picks.

  • @FavreianVengeance worddd eh? Those guys certainly got talent. But talent well wasted when you can't incorporate it into a team game...& they wonder why they lose so much..smh. Forget 7/8 seed, they're not gonna be in the playoffs. All those guys u listed like Jimmer and Isaiah, those guys are great team people. I seen on a few instances where Jimmer and Isaiah have good flow with each other. But Tyreke is still the "main guy" so to speak. I hope the good dudes can be better on other teams.

  • @l23cb4 I meant they'll peak at 7 or seed in a couple years maybe. And Evans isn't the man__ he just thinks he is (Smart's tried to deprogram him some). He'll never be the man b/c he doesn't know what a jump stop is. He has no mid range game (let alone dependable outside shot). He can't be that size and be w/o it. Drives to the basket will not work night and night out, especially in big games. Of Thornton, Cousins, and Evans__ Evans has the best attitude. CONTD.

  • @FavreianVengeance Like on a lot of his drives, he continues going right when the defense is clearly set to stop that strong side. And he also forces those on 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 situations..its ridiculous. Like he has no counter moves on his drives. His "slingshot" jumper is horrendous. I just hope they can remove Evans and Thornton cause clearly they damage the team more than help it

  • @l23cb4 Evans is among the best in the league at driving to the hoop but when the other team knows its coming its very easy to counter by clogging the lane. That's why D-Lame and Queen James fell on their faces in last years finals. The Mavs just clogged the lane and dared them to shoot. The fact that drives are his signature scoring play is what makes him not a franchise player. He's too one dimensional. I've seen him drive against 3 or 4 guys every game. It's not even a 50/50 prop.

  • @l23cb4 CONTD But if the Kings had brains they could get about 4 first rounders and a couple other pieces for Thornton, Cousins and Evans while their stock is high. Teams will know better in a year or two.

  • It is hilarious to me that more people dont see how blatantly unfairly he is being treated. It is CREEPY. It is clear to ANY real basketball mind that Fredette, when it comes to ability, basketball IQ and team generalship is simply the best all around player on this team. The fact that he doesnt play 35 to 40 minutes a game is a testament to just how stupid or biased.. his coach is...I really dont care if he is a rookie or not. There is absolutely no reason he shouldnt be playing 35 min pg.

  • Fredette fans have become so blind. No one is thwarting his development. He could get benched for the rest of the season, and still have 10 years to look forward too. He's not going to develop in a season. Look at Evan Turner, everyone gave up on him already cuz of his rookie year and look him quietly being one of the best players in Philly. And he will only get better. Same with Jimmer. Stop fucking panicking and cursing out the Kings organization. They decide on interest of the team not Jimmer

  • Why do people expect rookies to carry their team? I think Jimmer is doing just fine, especially with how he's been doing his past several games. Can't imagine what he'll be like all seasoned up in the nba.

  • Yeah thanks for posting these vids. Makes my day to see some Jimm3r.

  • Comment removed

  • The game hasn't slowed down for him (Jimmer) yet. Let's hope that it does and we can see some 30 point games and wins instead of 20 minute / 5 shot performances with losses.

  • Cannot Believe coach "smart" Keeps Jimmer on the bench for 25 minutes against the Warriors.

ANOTHER LOSS "sMART" & you have one of the best offensive weapons on the planet sitting down.U ride your bike to work and leave ur Ferrari in the garage right? WTF!coach "smart" is the only one that can stop Jimmer and he is doing a good job.

JF avg 16 ppg his last four games so the coach has 2 bench him to try &keep him from becoming the star that he inevitably will become. ANY MALOOFS PAYING ATTENTION?

  • @mgrealdeals I'm f'ing pissed off about that too (and waiting for the vid to go up to rant). If there's any team that you want to use a 3 guard lineup (Evans, Thomas, Fredette) against, it'd be the Warriors. And then at the end of the f'ing game when the Kings desperately need threes, they keep their only solid three shooter on the bench. Smart's name should be Dumbfuck.

  • @mgrealdeals Yea, it's becoming more clear that the Maloofs aren't committed to Jimmer's development. They just drafted him to sell tickets. They're bums. I hope they go bankrupt.

  • @mgrealdeals This is my last post on this video no matter how many times people reply to it. But, Jimmer was AWFUL against the Warriors in his brief minutes. He needs to stop forcing stuff. But, the Kings bench is awful, there is a huge opportunity for Jimmer to lock up some major minutes right now but he is not earning them.

  • @mgrealdeals And I'm not a "Jimmer Hater" like all you senseless homers seem to think. I want him to succeed and do well so the Kings can actually get some wins. But, you Jimmer fans only blame the Kings organization because Jimmer is supposedly the next Jesus.

Jimmer is a fucking rookie give him some time so he can learn to know what he can't and can do in the NBA.

  • @x2RedReaper2x Really? Your last post...What a shame. 1st qtr he 1 out of 2 from downtown .. Thats 50% had 5 points and made a couple of excellent passes that should have been assists..His last 4 games he had been shooting a scalding hot 60% from the field.. Being a rookie on the youngest team in basketball on a LOSING team is all the more reason to play him as much as possible...if you havent noticed Jimmer is THE BEST team player out there...Whos the 'Senseless Homer' now? Reap that...shhhh

  • @mgrealdeals I agree 100%.. Hes being treated badly..What a shame. Smart seems to be thwarting fredettes progress. I really do not understand why the offense doesn't revolve around him. He has absolutely no problem getting his shot off OR driving past thes NBA players. Looks like college to him and me. he should be given a big green light and shoot AT LEAST 20 X per game. Smart needs to stop hating on Jimmer. I dont buy his encouraging tone while he continually sits Jimmer.

  • @d4liife Jimmer is doing what great for a rookie with his expectations. He's NOT going to shoot 20 a game. The sooner u get that through your thick skulls, the easier it will be to appreciate what he's doing in the NBA. Fredette fans expect him to score 20 a game, Fredette haters expect him to completely bust. But neither can see that he's nothing but another rookie trynna make his name in the league and he has to go through it like all others. He's doing just fine.

  • Jimmer just needs to keep pluggin away. I never thought I would be a Kings fan, but with him out there I can't help it.

  • He's averaged over 16 points a game the last 4 games....how many times have the haters been told it will take time for him to be comfortable and then he will be back to his old scoring ways? It's too funny how the media and all the haters are so much into instant gratification now...keep it up Jimmer, you're developing well; just stay consistent and play your game.

  • he would have had 20+ pts in this one if they didn't sit him for pretty much the entire 4th quarter. the guy is good and he's their 1st rounder, yet he splits time with 2nd rounder isaiah thomas? wtf?

  • But this is a Jimmer video so I'll back off say that he would be a good contributor on a team with a real point guard that could get him more open looks.

  • He averages 0.6 steals per game, and as a starter he is average 10.8 points on 38% shooting. Stop exaggerating his stats, he can't create his shot nearly as well as he did in college due to the difference of skill in level in the NBA.

  • @x2RedReaper2x He'll get used to the nba play just wait it happens to all rookies

  • @x2RedReaper2x Damn look at the last 3 games he's playing good and scoring double digits he said he's getting used to his role at the kings

  • @x2RedReaper2x Wrong. .08 steals per game and he only plays half of the game. Hes shooting 60% from beyond the arc his last for games and 50% from the field..when coach "smart " keeps him in long enough to get some rhythm its gonna be lights out. When he gets a chance to play 35 min it will be 25ppg and 6 or 7 assists...And all the haters will have to go pick on someone else cause their skin aint dark enough..

  • @x2RedReaper2x the last 4 games he's averaged 16 points...that's no exaggeration. He's developing brosef, get off your high horse

  • remember folks, kobe only averaged 7.6 ppg in his rookie year

  • @fatcaesardlb The difference is that Jimmer had 4 yrs of college under his belt. But I agree that it's going to come in time for Jimmer. But for his talents he should be in double digits already. The Kings are a train wreck.

  • @mgrealdeals I totally agree. Not a very "smart" move to put him in the last minute of the game after sitting the entire 4th. Also, why aren't Thomas and Fredette playing together? Both huge threats beyond the arc.

  • Thanks for all the highlights would love to see some Isaiah Thomas highlights, that kids got serious serious game.

  • im so sick of hearing comments from these biased stupid fans of jimmer. he is a good player but nothing special. i here people saying soon to be scoring champ, and " when he gets his grove he will be unstoppable." gimme a break. fredette will never be an allstar. NEVER.

biggest dick riding fans of all time

  • @Sti4thewin why the fuck r u here?? To insult jimmer fans and how did u know that he ain't gonna be an allstar..are u the new nostradamus. Fans are fans. So leave us alone go get a life

  • @Sti4thewin Too Bad. You must be a true hater.;) Its gonna be along hard ride for you cause JF cannot be stopped and he WILL BE AN ALL STAR as soon as he is allowed to play 35 to 40 minutes a game.U might want to try to appreciate the fact that this kid has all the tools=A GREAT shooter from anywhere on the floor. a great penetrator, a great passer, a great ball handler and an incredibly high basketball IQ If you want to hate go ahead but its going to be a long hard road for you. Its Jimmertime!

  • @Sti4thewin I'll remember your comment when he's picked as an ALLSTAR...it's funny that you waste time on here hating.

  • "big time move" is right.. Too bad Coach "Smart" had Fredette on the bench the entire 4th qtr. Kings would have won the game with Fredette in the mix. Pulling him off the bench to hit a 3 after sitting down for 15 min+ is a bad idea. Why not let Fredette play about 35 min per game and let him take 20 shots? MAKE him take 20 shots! I GUARANTEE he'll end up with 20 to 25 pts and 6 or 7 assists pg.

AND the Kings could actually WIN some games cause Jimmer is the best team player on the Kings.

  • @mgrealdeals Do you watch King's games? Because Jimmer was awful until the last 3 or 4 games, and even when he is playing good on offense they simply can not mask how bad he is on defense. He is by far the best shooter on the Kings, but not anywhere close to being the best player.

  • @x2RedReaper2x Really..I have seen almost every game..WTF are you talking about when you say he is playing bad defense ?! Hes not a bad defender at all. He averages almost a steal per game despite the fact he only plays about half the game. This guy is a scoring freak thats constantly being pulled in and out of games making it impossible to get some rhythm. Soon as Thorton was hurt and he KNEW he was going to play more he has been avging close to 17ppg and STILL doesn't get enough playing time.

  • why does everyone ride jimmers dick? hes honestly not that good.. and dont say its because of the kings play style. hes not an nba type player.

  • @StiffyLuvsYou Stop hatin..imean he is at practice or gettin ready for his opponent. while u on the computer wishin u was in the nba.

  • @StiffyLuvsYou Get real, anybody with a shot like that will be able to make a career in the NBA, is he a future all star? Probably not but he is a serviceable role player for a good team in the future.

  • such a quick shot, how do you defend that

  • he plays like ray allen

  • @danzoboyo No he doesn't.

  • they came to see THE JIMMER

  • to bad he missed the most important shot of the game....

  • @niagaballer11 its his rookie year, just wait, it will take alittle time but when hes gunna be at his prime and he has no fear its game over. his range and quick release is amazing

  • ya let's see that tyreke dunk

  • Do you have Tyreke's highlights from this game?

  • you forgot the airball Lol that is a worthy highlight......

  • like Eddie House, gets a look, gotta put it up. that second 3 is sick.

  • @Convisis good example

  • 31 minutes and 13 shots for Jimmer and decent results. When he's at 35 plus mins and 18-20 shots the Kings offensive rhythm will be in place.

  • love ur vids man! thanks a lot for doing this. ur awesome..
