But if you go all the way to the cones after 8pm you might be lucky enough that day to see the cones pushed back a a light shining. go inside and its resetti's surveillance center he'll give you the silver shovel if you talk to him. If the cones arent pushed away that night, try again the next day. within 10 days you'll get it. the 2nd time ur in there you can go through the two doors and you'll be brought to a cool room but nothing happens there.
