@Miwiz1 You're my hero! I have Scoliosis, when I was 13, my spine from T1 to L5 were fused with LOTS of hardware holding my spine together. I am in CONSTANT pain and I cant bend, lift, or twist. So instead of getting a physical job, I obtained a degree and do a desk job. I had a roommate who used to tell me she couldnt work or pay rent because she had a growth on her neck, so she was disabled. As I booted her out, I let her know being ugly isnt a disability! =)

accourding to my doctors my back in injured i went to an ime the doctor said i was ok he sided with the company doctors now i returned to work. and my back got fucked up more i went in and want to say its a new injury and they are saying if i say its ia new injury its fruad. The fraud is calling it "worker compensation insurance". It is employer insurance friom lawsuits. They lump it all under this one unbrella and the boss can keep pushing one guy to do the work that takes at least two people to do.

Routinely denying disability coverage is another scam the system pulls, all devised by congress in their lawyer methodology. You wind up getting a lawyer, then after they get a huge cut is when the claim is accepted. I've had a few friends go through this with both.

I am a disabled truck driver, I was starved into return to work with undiagnosed spinal / shoulder injuries on oxycontin, morphine, baclofen, amytriptyline, and was seriously injured and denied any help whatsoever. Due to workers comp's fraudulent claims administration and NO INVESTIGATION by government or police, many others will become permanently disabled and develop PTSD just like I have;

They don't deny my injuries, which have been documented and confirmed by numerous specialists, but they let you spend and sell everything you have to stay alive, while they play with your life.
