  • now that looked shit my god wtf u lookt retarded and timig all rong move were of u only had the vid i9n back so u now what u were doing we don neee that but good efort keep up practis

  • i'm sorry, but nobody can do it like John Cameron Mitchell. he even looks better too. where's the passion?!?!

  • No passion in the performance, just going through the motions.

  • is this like the rocky live show?

  • fake.

  • too funny ur hard-core fans

  • good thing thats a real girl i said ohh she has a nice ass wait is that a dude ahaha but honastly poor performance

  • Tits of Clay!!!!!!!!!

  • The girl looks so scared xD

  • 1) Learn the lyrics

    2) Put more energy in it trhoughout the performance

    3) You look good.

  • well firstly, rehersal. Or just someone playing Hedwig alone. As for the hedwig look, you're dead on. You just seem lost onstage.

  • Thanks for clarifying.

Admittedly, this was not my best Angry Inch (I've only played Hedwig for this scene four times to date). While I am proud of our show and my contributions, it actually makes me cringe when I watch my performance as Hedwig in this clip.

I do look lost- I actually can't see AT ALL without my glasses(just colors/shapes). In the dark movie theater my vision is basically the same as having my eyes closed. I cannot wear contacts (not available) or my glasses (Hedwig doesn't).

  • Additionally, I am the Sugar Daddy Hedwig in the scene immediately before and run and do a complete head to toe costume change (wig, clothes, everything is ripped off and changed-- I wear a lot of the stuff underneath) in about a minute during the movie and have to run back onstage. I look disorientated because I am. Also, exhausted. Tear Me Down alone is exhausting and doing the whole movie is a physical challenge in itself.

We're just fans-- amateurs who enjoy the movie. We're trying.

  • keep it up. Im trying to get a venue for this type of thing in my town. Im already planning on hosting a Rocky Horror night for next pride week. Hedwig is gonna be what I perform in the annual drag pageant.

  • Horrible.

  • It's a showing of the film with fans pantomiming it out as the movie plays. What specifically did you not like about it? Just curious.

  • Did the person playing Hedwig even rehearse?

    Or learn the lyrics?

  • Yes, I did rehearse, although not as much as I would have liked before this particular show. The youtube video quality messes with the lip synching (the timing of the sound is slightly off from the video-- it's a fairly normal youtube video phenomenon). "Hedwig" does indeed know all of the words very well.

  • OK so why do i find you extremely hot when your dressed like this. };)>

  • Yeah, my question is: do you get lots of action after the performance? I'd invite a local fraternity to see the show, lol.

  • This only works with "The Rocky Horror Show".. But its funny

  • it could totally work with Hedwig...but only if they did it right...or better.

  • It what ways could it in your opinion be done better? Keep in mind this is done with literally a zero budget of audience volunteer performers.

Any constructive input would be appreciated.
