@comptencpt That is a good question and something that is hugely misunderstood. Good sources of fat are not bad for you and actually produce an ideal source of energy. In general we have all been incorrectly programmed to think that we need sugar and grains for energy. Athletes do need carbohydrates, but not as many as they think. Transitioning to a fat burning state is extremely effective for many athletes.
I like to season my eggs with Asian sesame oil, you should try it?

As far as I know there are just three colors of Borsari. I use all three for different recipes. I use the "black" label for grass fed beef.
