Not everyone has the same preferences as you do, for example I think that all of the dresses in that fashion show were incredibly tacky, with their sequins and shine trying to distract from what hideous dresses they really were. But that is merely my opinion, some people like those types of things and I respect that. Some women don't want to dress up, some women don't want to be feminine, you don't know the reasons (maybe they were raped because of dressing flashy before) So don't judge.

Also they were also they were taught how to carry themselves by an older woman but these days if you don't have someone to train them the proper ways of being just a lady.
