I'd just put that down to a bad start and the camera making it look worse coz I've got one of these and it takes off much quicker than that! They can be a bit tricky to catch right sometimes but it's still pretty easy to get a sub 7sec 0-62. It looks like he just made a bad job of the start, turn the VSA off in future and it won't cut your throttle!
