  • I have been going for 30 min. swims, 4-5 days a week for a month now. During the middle of swimming & at the end I practice a total of 6 swimming Dragon sets.

    In the water I warm up with stretching, then walking, then swimming. At 400lb +, It's easy for me to lose footing while walking in shallow lap pool. After swimming dragon, my muscles/ spine loosen up & I can power walk through the water forward & backward flawlessly!

    This also helps me control my heart beat!

  • I did this just once, and felt my abdominal muscles get a workout... plus as a large woman, I was happy to be able to do this and keep centered and not over extending any ligaments.

    Perspiring was the reward.

    I will be using this daily in my goals to "Fight the Fat!"
