all times sounds grate and inmortals , heavy metal its easy to speack we got to know a more these bands of these beutifull music rolls me like a baby in my old times 80s forever
Yeah, it's kinda hard to miss ol' Robbie Halford in here. I mean, can you mistake his voice for anyone else's?
I wish that he and Marc would have done more of a...closer duet, you know? I like both of thier voices, and putting them together, louder, would rock.
Wow thats crazy, I must have listened to this a hundred times when it came out, never caught Halford in it before, but yeah it's pretty obvious when pointed out. lol very cool.
Are you guys fuckin deaf?,you can clearly hear RH's voice in the song.If Rob let all his vocal range and power out you woundn't hear fuck all but him singing!.As soon as i heard this song and heard RH in it,i knew he was doing them a favor by singing back up vocals.
Is Halford on any other Krokus tracks? According to this interview...
"How did you guys get Rob Halford to sing on that record? How much of the album does he appear on?"
"Well as you know he did the duet with me on Ready to Burn. (breaks into song) ARE YOU READY?! ARE YOU READY TO BURN?! That was it. It was the main Rob Halford collaboration it was a great honor for Krokus." (webzine pivotalalliance)
I wonder how Rob Halford became he backin vocals on the Krokus tracks? Maybe both bands were recording at the same studio or maybe the same record label. Halfornd may also have become good friends with the guys in Krokus.
Krokus invited Halford as a guest on this track and a few other tracks & albums (not named or publicized unfortunately). If one listens carefully one can hear Halford backing on a few other songs. They indeed knew each other and were affliated somehow through the industry.
I know this was released before Change of Address. But I got to see Krokus open for Priest on JP's Fuel for Life tour. Krokus was out in support of Change of Address. It's likely the bands toured together in the early 80's as well. Two great bands for certain.
