Wade did this similar shot a game ago against the Bobcats. The NBA explained that it is legal. And the difference of it between this Kobe shot was Wade even actually took an extra step. The explanation why it was legal was because the jump stop step counts only for 1 step and not 2 steps even it lands with 2 feet. So Wade only made 2 steps. This shot of Kobe is clearly clean.
