I think this is probably more for people who want something to show off rather than actually use to watch films. I can't imagine that screens placed over the fireplace are in the ideal position for viewing. All the seating in the room seems to be on the side and the speakers should be closer to ear level for ideal surround effects. This is cool looking, but I would hate to have to live with it and try to watch moview with it.
Sure this system blows my HDTV and surround system out of the water. I'm sure the thing is top notch and of the best quality and an excellent install but it seems like rich people would want the best viewing experience they could have instead of just something that looks impressive. I can't believe it would be much fun to watch that TV over a fireplace but I see pictures of them mounted that way all the time. Anyway, it looks really really cool.
The speaker movement is cool and in the right environment they sound good ( I have installed them ). Calling this a "theater" is silly. Media room would be a stretch, but theater? As professionals, we should use proper terminology.
Do these speakers follow you around the house?

Tv toooo damn small for the size of the room. TV is posn too high for viewing level, unless of course you like to stand while you watch TV.
