My comment disappeared, so I just wanted to post my thoughts again. NO-ONE is to blame for Owen Wilson's depression. Depression is an illness which can lead to self-medicating. Being depressed and drug-addicted is an awful, awful thing. I don't think that he was trying to end his life, but he WAS desperate for help and asked for it in the only way that his illness would allow him to at the time. Hopefully Owen is receiving all the help and support that he needs to be healthy in the future.
