Here in Oregon it is impossible to prove that a company won't hire you because you are in a wheelchair or walker. I was in two car wrecks in 1992 and 2006 that were not my falt. MSI laid me off in August of 2009 and moved the call center to Arkansas for lower wages. I have been to many agencies and employers looking for work and have a 5 year Accounting degree and cannot get a job. I have been treated like garbage for something I DID NOT EVEN DO. I hate the US and what they make people go thr.
@goodbyee007 Thanks for the advice. I have a disability and suffer with a mental impairment number dyslexia (Dyscalculia) i'm representing myself and need to do all I can. I am being indirectly bullied by my assistant who keeps corrupting the spreadsheet that we are working on and then he takes out a greivance against me! and I now stand to be disciplined for allegedly bulling him! hell no! what about me! Any advice will help.
@Legal901 Purchase a pen spy camera, record it all make a collection of evidence of the recording then put it forward in regards to your case. I am not a professional but that is what i do when i had or have the scenario you describe. in some cases the evidence cant be used in court because you did not ask permission to use the camera but in regards to evidence you can show your boss well he cant turn a blind eye to it.even if its audio eg micro Dictaphone etc it captures the abuse

i would have to agree with you, I have a physical disability at work. I was hurt on the job and ever since then I have been discriminated against.
